Afternoon Tea and Breakfast. I am pleased that you know have to order your eggs, as you receive exactly what you order, and it is nice and fresh. The Afternoon Tea s always a nice tea, and having a glass of prosecco, with my husband was very special, as we celebrated 28 years together.

Se comment above ref the bathroom being far too small -and I do need a proper shower cabinet due to a 'mobility issue' but th overal size of this bathroom leaves a lot of difficulties

)vr last 30years I have stayed in the BCtHotel - it is always satisfactory - been a while between last 'stay' and mine on lst May I find the bathrooms so so so small in this part of the hotel (room 202) Shower unit good - but the total bath room size is small ! Staff are usually profssional and helpful ! This tim I did not eat in the hotel for dinner or breakfast - feel the cost could be a bit more competitve !

Even though we got to breakfast at 8.45, they had run out of croissants. We asked for some and were told 10 minutes, but they did not arrive, and when we asked again were told sorry there weren't any

- Weekend parties result in not having parking space - The radiator almost came off in the bathroom (not a mistake of the hotel, maybe the weight of the towel was the reason)

generally the staff looked unhappy and this vibe came across shower pressure was awful pressure to book breakfast, difference in cost (£11 if you book by 23.00, £17 if you wait until the morning breakfast was cold and not good value

Only issue was the room was very warm, no heating was on, and as only April Air con wasn’t needed, but we put it on to cool the room. Windows only open a fraction so little air flow into the cozy double.

Central to where we had booked Staff were amazing booked us taxis and generally polite, welcoming and helpful Breakfast was fab! Lots of choice, hot food. Room was clean and welcoming.

Poor signage to rooms. Small room numbers on door handles?! Why?! 99.99% of hotels have clearly readable door numbers on the doors at eye level. Booked junior suite, would've hope for shower/bath rather than basic shower. Coffee machine and kettle etc on a mini cabinet which was sited no where near an electrical socket! Had to move everything to another spot in the room for an electrical socket!

I would have liked a bigger room. But we managed.

The service is awesome. Staff extremely friendly and we received a free bottle of Champagne as we were getting married. The breakfast was wonderful and Chef Cindy is a joy. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and we have stay there many times.

The room was quite small for two people and the bathroom was tiny (but functional.) There were small things that let down the luxury of the room/building (eg: paint on curtains, lose curtain ties that have marked the walls etc.)

We stayed at Bromley Court Hotel to attend a wedding. The staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Mariem at the lounge bar.) We had a fan brought to our room because it was a warm weekend and lots of thought has gone into making your stay as comfortable as possible (different pillows available.) Breakfast was fairly expensive if its not included (nearly £20 per person) but its soooo worth it! So much choice within the buffet as well as things you can order at your table (porridge, waffles, vegan or vegetarian hot breakfast) all included in the price! My husband is lactose intolerant so having the milk alternatives by the coffee machine was ideal as he feels awkward asking for milk he can have when staff are usually so busy rushing around. The building itself is beautiful and VERY big! We liked exploring.

Not this time but the previous time I could hear my neighbours tv until 3am, walls are thin and I finally had to call the front desk. Front desk managed to get a hold of the next room and requested them to turn the tv off or down.

Generally, everything is good and I usually manage to get the room I request as one of the regulars of the hotel.
