Issues with boiler, luckily google helped with quick fix but needed resetting every so 6 hours or so. Didn't contact host but imagine would have been helpful. Only downside on comms was I kept getting messages for a cottage in Settle. High level clean would brighten place up particularly in bathroom with lots of dust. Carpet on stairway could so with some attention also and corners etc ... Had to wash all glasses has had smear and grease marks on them as no dishwasher. Some finishing touches such as fixing sealant and hole around bath, lampshade in small bedroom, 4 pillows for each bed etc would really elevate the property. If cleaning improved, finishing touches done - would recommend charging more.

Excellent location and great value for money. Good size rooms. Despite a few issues and comments as below - I would recommend this property to those visiting Haworth.

Very close to Christmas and no Christmas decorations which would have been a nice touch to make the stay even more exciting with the children but that would have just been an added bonus not essential

Clean and tidy and great location

No information at all for wifi code or fire etc, few things missing in the kitchen i.e potatoe peeler dishcloths, and soup ladle. Bed in the attic not very comfortable, very low and creaky

The small bed’s mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable- admittedly my very small mum slept in it so that could be why. Just to say if you have problems getting up and down stairs they were steep and a bit awkward.

It was clean and conveniently placed for Howarth High Street. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen - although small- was well equipped. The lounge was comfortable and relaxing.

It was clean, however I would have preferred it was a non-smoking place.

It was in a great location, within walking distance to the main street, places to eat and visit and you could park right outside.

The shower was difficult to work out, was very hot water so had bath instead and was unable to wash hair during my stay.

The property was a five minutes walk to the main street of Haworth and close to the Bronte walk. Car parking space outside house.

Stone living room floor is freezing in the middle of winter, could maybe do with a rug. Comms with host is pretty non existent so just as well there were no issues.

perfect size property for my family of 4 with everything needed supplied. Cosy and warm once heating was on. Very central for main street and KWVR heritage railway and local walks.

There was nothing to dislike. The stairs where steep. but was nothing to worry about.

The property was very quaint. Had e everything we needed. It was at the bottom of the hill from the village. Was in a very good situation for the many beautiful walks. The village had lots of shops pubs and things to do and see. The steam train was great to see.

If you have mobility issues best not to stay here due to size of stairs. Damp in places. The vendors didn't put heating on so the house was freezing and took a long time to warn up. The top bedroom needs window blinds on the roof windows as light and cold comes through very easy. Dirty and damp cupboard in top bedroom and no draws to put things in.

Very good location, clean house mostly but could be improved. Bedroom sizes good

No big deal - but no toiletries as stated and found tea towel in bedroom drawer three days after arrival. First floor bed had noisy squeak. Heating instructions may have been useful. None of these were a real problem though

Near to centre of Haworth, no parking problems, decent wi-fi, comfortable, modern, clean, has good appliances and equipment. Very appropriate bedroom furnishing

Cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen bin was dirty. Fluff under bed in attic room. Bathroom tap stiff and noisy. In kitchen, no lids to pans, no colander or potato peeler. Cutlery poor.

Spacious house. Nicely furnished and comfortable. In good location just outside Howarth village.

Although most areas were clean, it needed deep cleaning, there was dust and hairs down the back of toilet seat and on bathroom in corners. There was a lot of black mould in the bathroom. The bathroom was very dark and could do with a light over the sink so woman can do make up. Dog hairs on sofas. Top floor - extremely hot, was afraid to try opening the skylights as it looked a bit rickety and wasn’t sure it could be opened and worried I’d break it.

Great location and fairly quiet - able to walk to everything - Main Street, pub, shops and Bronte museum. Beds and sofa’s were comfortable, loved the pillows and had pretty much everything we needed- tv toaster hairdryer etc and fans very welcome.
