Constant sound of doors banging from our room most of the evening,it eventually quietened down.

The Location was great.!The place was lovely,very clean.The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in,also at breakfast.Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast...it was delicious !.Our room was perfect size and very clean.

Some dust evident on the skirting boards in the bathroom; but other than that the room and the hotel in general were very clean.

Very comfortable room with good sized on-suite. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help. The breakfast choice was excellent.

Had a bit of an issue with the shower. The water was relatively cold unless I turned the power right up. Doing this then caused the macerator system to not be able to pump it out quickly enough and the tray filled up. Had to go back to having a rather chilly less powerful shower to ensure I didn't flood the bathroom.

Really lovely room and spotlessly clean. That was a major bonus. The breakfast was also really good and an enjoyable addition to set you up for the day.

Everything was fine for me.

This was my fourth visit to Broom Hall Inn and my third time in the cottage, so I knew exactly what to expect. I like the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere of the Inn and the location - not far from Stratford but close to many other interesting places. I would highly recommend a stay at Broom Hall.

Nothing really.

The location didn't matter to us as we were exploring the region by car, checking in was straightforward and the staff all very friendly and engaging. We ate in the bar area that evening, the food was both excellent and plentiful. There were two real ales available to help wash dinner down with too as an added bonus for me. Breakfast was excellent as well, the rooms were also well equipped and comfortable. All in all an excellent place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I'm in the area.

Cosy inn. Friendly welcome by staff. Room was comfortable and a good size. Meals were substantial and there was a great variety for breakfast. It was about a 10 min drive to Stratford-upon-Avon to see the wonderful sites. Plenty of parking.

The opinions regarding the evening meal were varied among our large party, in that some thought it was great and some not so great.

Overall a great stay. The staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient and the room was very clean, though quite small. The evening meal was hit and miss among our large party. However, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

The staff were all super polite, helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, it's was beautifully decorated and the character of the building was evident throughout the whole place. Everywhere was clean. The food portions are huge, making them great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only a minor point is that if you are a light sensitive sleeper ,you may need to take an eye mask as the curtains aren’t black out, or the sun enters via the edges.

The breakfast was excellent, good quality ingredients. We had the full English …no room for anything else! We ate dinner in the restaurant both evenings and was excellent. Good beer in the pub too. All round good place for a few days break.

Really cant think of any negative things to say!

I have stayed here on 3 occasions now, only for one night at a time but I am so glad I did. Broom Hall Inn really is an excellent place to stay. The building itself has a reallyblovely old world charm, is set in a lovely location with nice gardens and parking. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The room (Room 1) was really nice, being quite spacious and equipped with all I needed for a relaxing night. Food here is also excellent every time I have been. This time I had an absolutely amazing Pizza and desert was quality too. Breakfast of Scrambled eggs was done to perfection.
