Nothing it was ideal

It was the perfect place for me to rest whilst working away, quiet clean and really friendly hosts happy to cater for any requirements possible. Nice location too with a Tesco express a few hundered yards down the street. Pub and restaurant a short walk away also.

The bottle of milk left for my breakfast cereal and coffee was 3 days out of date, which caught me out in the early morning, so went without.

Very warm welcome upon arrival, and comprehensive familiarization of the room and facilities. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities in room. Shower room and toilet were clean and everything was easy to use and practical. Wifi was great.

I'm very sorry to say that although The Broomlea Guest House is a lovely old house the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathroom was very " TIRED " looking. I really feel that airfreshners should be discretely placed on the floor and not facing you on top of the cistern. The limescale around the sink taps and plug holes nee a good scrub with a metal scourer. Also the door panels were covered in dust and need a good wash down. The shower room glass door is old and dull and really needs replacing. Our room was large with a lovely view of the garden but both curtains were torn at the sides which I do think could at least have been repaired. The bed was comfortable and clean. I'm sorry and really don't want to offend anyone but a good deep clean and a little bit of modernisation would go a long way. You are in a street full of other Guest Houses and an absolutely perfect location for the airport but due to the choice of other Guest Houses in the street we will be looking elsewhere next time.

When we arrived the gentleman who showed us to our room was very polite and said " Anything you need or need to know then please knock on our door downstairs and we are happy to help " 3 times in 2 days I knocked on their door for assistance with bus routes and good quality restaurants to visit but never once did anyone answer the door.

The owner Stephanie was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. The room was as expected, very clean and well presented. Will definitely stay again on a return visit to Aberdeen.

Noisy. Doors are not isolated and when people are in the corridor light come through and you can hear any noise from the other rooms too. Toilet and bathroom are shared. Poor breakfast.

Close to my training facility and to a Tesco express. Very good central heating.

Welcome from owners which couldn't have been better. Friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Everything you would ever need in the room. An excellent location close to the industry I was visiting.

couldn't fault this b&b. nice welcoming host. Spotlessly clean room and a very comfy bed. orange juice and milk in fridge. a good selection of cereals for breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar. l slept like a log. it's only minutes from the airport. l highly recommend this place

There was no reception there and the house and keyholes were old, so sometimes I had to ring the bell at the front door if I had questions or I couldn't open my room door. I could not meet anyone otherwise. The toliles and bathroom were shared.

The host was very kind, polite, and responsive.
