Not much that can be done about it, but the location is not great for anyone without a car.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable room, with everything one could want provided, e.g. bath robes, safe, clothes brush, a range of help yourself drinks and so on. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful house & gardens, stunning decor. Great guest facilities including guest lounge with guest minibar. Everything has been thought of, even beautiful cashmere tartan blanket/throws for sitting outside.

After we arrived home there was a slight mix up with the towels, but it was soon sorted.

What a wonderful place, and fantastic hosts. House finished to a very high standard with plenty of attention to detail. Lots of wonderful little touches to make the stay special, fridge in room with juice, milk and water included. Good wi-fi Nice lounge area for guests with free snacks and drinks all included. Beautiful cooked breakfast, I had Arbroath smokies of course.

Arbroath itself is not very interesting. But the location is a good starting point for exploring the wider area.

Breakfast was everything I would expect from a top hotel. Sadly, many top hotels fail to fulfil expectations, but this boutique B&B would show them how to do it. Location was quiet in a residential area. Staff were very attentive, polite and friendly.

The house had alot of character and the interior was to a high standard. The hosts were excellent and made us very welcome. Good Parking and the location was great for access to the town and walking along the sea shore. Plenty of places to eat in the town with lots of seafood on the menu's. Will certainly go back.

There's was nothing not to like

I have stayed in some 5 star rated hotel that could lean from this place the Brucefield Boutique and it's owners made my visit all the memorable. When I visit Arbroath again I will definitely stay here again. Just to add I left my travel dhobi bag and the Brucefield emailed to tell me and the posted it down to first class what can I say but thank you very much and you will the standard that I will look for in other hotels/B&B and thankyou for making my stay better by your service and curtesy and attention to detail

Though it is not possible due to the building's design and purpose but a bath sometimes would be nice though I'm not sure if there were any rooms with a bath. If you are a very light sleeper there were several timeclocks going off during the hours but the nice bed is enough for you to be in a deep sleep you'll never notice it.

Very comfortable. Attention to detail in the property was exceptional. Breakfast was brilliant, filling and plentiful. The staff couple were wonderful, friendly, chatty and accommodating. Nice to have free drinks, snacks and sweets to help yourself during the day.
