The cleanliness could be improved. The heatings don't always work reliably.

Conveniently located apartment near the city centre, just a 20-minute walk or easily accessible via the nearby tram station. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were satisfactory.

The beds were not very comfortable. The kitchen could have been better equipped. It was rather too basic in that everything was ok, just kinda scant.

Was little bit of dirt and toilet room was very very tiny

The apartment was very cosy and we'll located. It had all nice furniture around and all equipment it could be needed.

The bath/shower drains very slowly, the pipes must be blocked, the bathroom could do with a larger mirror so that males can shave & be able to see properly, at the door & in the kitchen there's constantly a smell of curry.

Very good location close to shops & bars & not far from city centre, the beds are very comfortable

Very narror WC room, dirty stairs, no elevator for big luggages

Room heating, kithen and washing machine worked very well. Beds are clean.

No parking and all are permit holder which is not on the ad, we managed to find a free parking 2 streets from the apartment. The window on the master's bedroom are broken, it almost fall out from the hinge Coming in to the hallway in the apartment were spooky and unkept. The neighboorhood were very rough, we didnt feel safe.

Perfectly pleasant flat in an ideal location for getting into the centre. Tea, coffee, cereals provided. Wifi, big screen TV, We'd happily have stayed there longer.

It was dirty, especially in corners, skirting boards etc. There were high ceilings with cobwebs. Was very worn out in parts. Only 1 mirror, so had to keep going in and out of room. Bad communication on arrival as given wrong code for keysafe and weren't told apartment number

The apartment was warm once we had reset the boiler. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean

Bad service! We stayed in the apartment with 6 adults. One of the duvets/blankets had no cover, so could not be used which made for an uncomfortable first night (winter). There was never any answer to the message sent through booking, so we called by phone to request the duvet cover. Though we were promised the missing cover, it never arrived, we never heard from them again and ended up buying a new bed cover ourselves. There is no mirror in the bathroom which is unfortunate. And while the bathroom were decently cleaned, you should not look under the beds, the fold-out couch or at the carpet too closely...

Check-In was easy, the location not too far from the city center. Several bakeries and bus stations were close by.

The house has complete utilities and equipment for cooking too. Love the place and it is near a grocery store so it is very convenient.

The house requires some maintenance and cleaning of the staircase and app. floor

There was a problem as when we got into the premises using the key at the time we had arranged with the agency, we found that the cleaner had not arrived to do the cleaning after the previous guests…unmade beds, rubbish in the kitchen, dirty bathroom, floors not vacuumed etc. We were tired after travelling and had wanted to have a rest before going into the town centre and we weren’t able to do so. Once it was sorted out, we were offered some refund after we complained. The staircase in the building was noticeably very dirty and having read some other reviews, it has been like this for some extended time. It’s a shame because it lowers the standard of the apartment which is ok once you are in it. The on street parking is in another street, so anyone with mobility problems may find this difficult. Also the apartment itself is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There were breakfast items…tea, coffee, cereals etc as well as soap, shower gel in the bathroom.There was also a welcome gift. The beds were comfortable and the towels were of a great quality.
