we had a great stay at bryn derwen last weekend its a well maintained beautifully furnished large guesthouse in a great location, short walk to shops, bars ,restaurants ,seafront. lyn and mark are the perfect hosts . we were met with a warm and welcoming reception upon our arrival, superb breakfast menu and a cosy lounge bar area for that all important nightcap before retiring to the most comfortable nights sleep ive had in the many hotels, guesthouses we have visited around the country over the years. many thanks lyn and mark it was a pleasure to meet you both. hope to see you again this summer. anita and tony.

Private parking was great as their is a shortage on the streets. The property itself has a lovely calm feeling about it. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The bed omg what to say it was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was just superb

Lyn and Mark we’re such lovely hosts, a warm welcome on arrival, shown around the lounge and dining room, showed the table we were having for breakfast and then walked and talked through the room and it’s beautifully clean bathroom and bedroom, the room had been updated and decorated beautifully with an excellent bathroom and very comfortable shower - tea, coffee, water and fresh milk in the fridge, hairdryer and anything that we may have needed would have been provided. Very comfortable bed and temperature of the room was adjustable and choice of breakfast choices which were chosen the evening beforehand and then delivered to us in the morning on arrival at our table, the food was fresh and delicious, such a warm, calm, relaxed atmosphere where Lyn and Mark are totally on it, we had a wonderful stay thank you so much and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Llandudno xxx

not sure if you could make it better . its a great place to stay the host where fantastic nothing to much bother . they made you feel at home and very welcomed which is all u need so nothing to dislike

the breakfast was fantastic u fill a little form of what u want u go to your table with your room number on it then go help yourself to cereal then the food that u ordered comes . which i thought was awesome. the location couldnt be better 2 mins from the orme/tram to it. beach and centre which was fantastic nice and easy . car park at the rear which is also fantastic with it being safe place to put park your car.

I really can't think of anything! I would definitely stay here again.

A really welcoming hotel with very helpful and friendly hosts. A comfortable room with lots of nice touches: complementary soft drinks, delicious biscuits and decaf tea bags on request. Beautifully presented breakfast in a lovely dining room. Great location, very close to the seafront and town centre, but just far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. Really appreciated the private car park, not offered by most other hotels in the area.

One negative was that we checked in after dark (used street parking) as access route to the rear of Premised for parking was apparently problematic.

Location was good and fairly central. You selected items for breakfast and definately no complaints, all was presented well and enjoyable.

Breakfast was first class. Beautifully cooked and presented. Faultless. Location within a few minutes walk of amenities and restaurants.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. For me the pillows were a little firm, but that’s personal choice.

The hotel main areas and our bedroom were extremely clean and very well presented. The bedroom was newly decorated and the en-suite whist small was lovely and well equipped. The bedroom had USB charging points on the power sockets which was really useful for charging phones etc. We will definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend this hotel.
