Perfect location directly across from Buckingham Palace and Green Park! Watching the changing of the guards, as I drank tea in the living room was fabulous . Beds very comfortable and lots of closet space.

Location was perfect. 2 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and the Royal mall. 5-6 min from circle and district line and a stroll to Victoria with Cafè’s and restaurants. Nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and kitted out kitchen (the main bathroom even had underfloor heating!)

We requested another toilet roll as we had run out the last day before we were due to leave, but told no, the package only comes with 2 per bathroom - bit annoying! We were in an upstairs apartment which involved alot of up and down of different sets of steps to reach with no lift, so if this is a concern regards mobility I would make sure to highlight it when booking to ensure you get a more accessible room. No full length mirror. Smart tv able to connect to usual apps but not many standard channels.

Apartment location is fantastic, a stone throw from Buckingham Palace and less than 10 minutes walk to Victoria Station. Apartment was cleaned to a high standard - and I'm fussy! Apartment had washing machine, dishwasher, (2 tablets were provided for each) and ironing board. Towels were provided along with a soap bar and mini shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in each bathroom. The kitchen living area was a good size and felt airy. Furnishings in good condition.

We Needed to check in earlier as attending a garden party at the palace, very accommodating. Wonderful staff and fantastic location. Literally across the road! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Will be staying there again I’m the future

Nothing, great location, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The close proximity to the Palace and the other main London attractions was a real highlight, along with the great staff and facilities. No complaints at all, would definitely stay again.

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Perfect location, great service (via Whatsapp you get instant answers to any question you have within minutes). Clean apartments, (someone before us left the refrigerator open and therefore there's a small damage to the wooden floor just beneath it), comfortable beds and safe neighbourhood (even at night with kids we always felt safe).

perhaps paper towels in the kitchen and placemats on the dining table to protect the glass too. And a bottle of water in the refrigerator would be a nice touch.

Wi-Fi as my apartment is down in baseman. the Wi-Fi is terrible therefore the TV is not working as it should. keep on frozen. the hot shower is a bit temperamental 😅

The biddet was leaking. They called a plumber to fix it without telling us. So we refused him to come in. The sofa is a bit dirty. It’s stained. We got apartment in the basement. I was hoping to get the one with the view and they don’t have a rooftop either.
