Loved everything about this place.

Spotlessly clean, chalet has absolutely everything you need, it was very quiet. Not overlooked by any other chalets and you can have your breakfast outside, or looking at the trees and wildlife in the morning in the sunshine. Neighbours polite and quiet too. We'll equipped kitchen. Lidl and Sainsburys just round the corner and Dartmouth itself very close so ideal location. Chalet at bottom of caravan park so away from any road noise and much more private. No washing machine but we washed necessary stuff in the sink as here for nearly 2 was, clothes horse in chalet and launderette in Dartmouth if you really need one. We just loved this place, Andy and Debbie really helpful with advice on where to visit and checking everything OK. Can't wait to go back. Dartmouth is a fabulous place to visit, near coastal paths and the town full of history and great shops and places to eat.

Communication from owners and suggestions where to visit if required. Quiet and comfortable accommodation with good facilities, short walk from parking place to chalet which is mostly flat. Convenient for Dartmouth shops but great care need to be taken on the main road if walking. A gate at the bottom of the car park takes you to the road and after a short nervous road walk a lane to the right takes you to Cotton and brings you to a new housing estate and after a short distance by Sainsbury's.

This isn't a fault with the property but my legs. I am disabled and the parking for a person with decent legs was a short walk, for myself on crutches it felt long after a day out.

This chalet is in a quiet location so with the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on I slept for six nights undisturbed. Wonderful! There is no WiFi so no one could reach me! It's so relaxing not looking at a screen. Debbie was extremely prompt when I contacted her with a minor problem with the hot water and once she realized what I was doing wrong it was fixed immediately. I wasn't patient enough to wait for the hot water to come through. Duh! The accommodation was beautifully clean with everything you need and don't need for a fantastic break.

The commendation was equipped with everything you need from home to home. Even iron and ironing board. Local sainsbury and Lidl were just ideal. We were local to amazing sites, and Debbie was so kind enough to make some lovely recommendations, which was brilliant for us as it was our 1st time in dartmouth. Debbie kept in touch with us if we were in need of anything and was only a message or call away if we were stuck for ideas of what to do and a lovely things to do book was left to go through to make plans ahead. Cooking facilities were amazing as everything we needed was there regards to pots and pans. Bed was so comfortable to sleep on after our day full of adventures. Definitely will be booking again without a doubt.

There wasn't anything not to like. The chalet was well situated in the very front row and didn't overlook any other chalets. Just a pity (but can understand why) no dogs allowed in the chalet.

It was very comfortable, very clean and the facilities were above and beyond other places we have stayed at.

Can't be helped, but we could hear noise from TVs quite late from neighbouring chalets.

Perfect location for exploring Dartmouth and surrounding areas. A great base with lovely hosts that kept in touch throughout our stay, checking we were happy with everything and offering recommendations on things to do, and places to go. Very comfortable, very clean, and well equipped for a self catering holiday :)

This chalet is perfect for a nice stay everything you need is there . It has a nice surround south facing for the sun my self and partner love it been here twice now 5 minutes from Sainsbury park and ride there take you to the town. Plenty of places to visit and things to do i will be going back myself again the owner's do keep contact great place to stay .

Compact and cosy and so peaceful. There was everything we could possibly need in the place, finishing off with a bumblebee theme which was a nice touch. The owners were amazing and kept in touch to suggest various places we could visit - they didn’t disappoint!
