The room had cobwebs and spiders and i noticed as soon as i walked in, no view and felt overlooked in my room so kept the curtains closed most of the time. Shower temp wasn't easy to negotiate. Breakfast selection satisfactory, i didn't have the breakfast the second day as it was slightly underwhelming. Premier Inn breakfast is far nicer with better produce, fresher selection and nicer bread.

The evening meal and drink were great both nights, with good variety on the menu. Easy to get to with good parking and shop close by. Staff were friendly when i checked in.

No toiletries, shower gel in the bathroom was empty, hotel is really hard to reach over the phone, no proper access to reach reception or housekeeping.

Sadly, the bathroom/ shower really needed to be deep cleaned/ refurbished as the grout was heavily discoloured and there was a lot of mildew/mould on the sealant etc.

This conveniently located hotel (just off A14 at Bury St Edmunds) was perfect for a basic overnight stay for my friend and I. There was plenty of parking and we used the bar & the restaurant, which were adequate for our needs. Our room was large & clean, with lovely clean sheets & towels.

Sorry to say but dinner was not good at all.

Comfortable bed in a quiet and spacious room. Interesting interior decor looking like a huge wood cabin. Kind people working there. Beautiful greenery around hotel eliminates noise from a busy road.

Breakfast was all you can eat but not the best quality and double bed was two singles pushed together.

Rooms were spacious and clean, lots of parking and short walk to the town centre. Self service check In was good, too, although the system was a little confusing to use.

The first room we were in room 208 we were next to a boiler room and every minute or so we heard a dreadful humming loud noise coming from the boiler. We put up with it for as long as we could until it got to 11.15pm and we couldn't put up with the awful noise. So we asked to change room. Also I think all rooms should have walk in showers. My parents stayed in another room and they had a bath with shower mixer and they really struggled to get in and out, stepping over the bath.

Breakfast was lovely and kept topped up as it got quite busy. Some staff were very lovely, once we changed room we were happy with our stay and would come again.

The bathroom needed better cleaning. The floor had bits of mud on it, there was a stain or something stuck down the toilet and there was something in the sink plug hole.

It was a convenient location and pleasantly decorated. It was useful having food available for breakfast and evening meals if required. Plenty of parking.

The lighting in the bedroom was very dim and it was difficult to read. The mattress was very hard.

The location is ideal. The staff were friendly and the hotel was a nice size.

The room key cards stopped working halfway though our stay and had to be replaced.

The breakfast was very good. Very nice lounge in off reception area I would rate the Dragonfly better than Premier Inn though they are in the same market.

The hotel room facilities were not up to the mark, clean and hygienic but the quality was fragile. No regular housekeeping. The restaurant is okay.

I loved how helpful and cordial the staff was. The location is amazing, close to the town. It's quiet and safe. The breakfast options are good and the hotel is clean and hygienic.
