Complex communication with management. Lack of communication among property management, everyday there was different information and decisions.. Check in instructions weren't sent on time so had to wait outside the property at 3 degrees Celsius.

The pillows and beds were not the best (lumpy and low quality )and more dishes and glasses should have been available. The blinds were broken so it was difficult to make the rooms dark. I would recommend an additional roller blind for the bedroom windows, but I would stay again 😊

The space was great. Parking was fortunate, I’m not sure why 2 of the 3 available spaces were not free. The lounge and kitchen were well laid out with a nice TV which had Netflix. There were lots of extra pillows

The place to take your trash to was a mess. Trash and linens laying on the ground. Trash all around the area. Whoever cleaned our apartment had just rolled up the bedding for the fold out couch and threw it in the closet.

Close to places to eat. Quiet. Parking was good. Nice furniture.

The floors and closet areas were very dusty. it was apparent the areas were spot swept. When children’s toys fell beneath the furniture, we uncovered large dust bunnies. Additionally, the shower hook was broken and came off with the wand.

It suited 4 adults and 2 toddlers quite nicely. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The price for this apartment was unbeatable

Due to it being an apartment our intercom rang between 11-12pm which woke myself and my children but other than that we had a lovely experience

Slightly complex arrangements as owners required photo ID and card for deposit in advance. Managed to communicate very well via Whatsapp.

Clean, comfortable accommodation with parking a short drive from Heathrow. Excellent for an overnight stay. Good directions and instructions for accessing the apartment.

There was no shampoo! The shower was very slippery and the door was coming off the rail.

Although the notices talked about quiet time between 8pm - 8am (ish) the place was too noisy. We were woken up at 10pm, 1130pm by loud music and banging from rooms above so if you get noisy poeple you will hear them...spoilt the stay. We did communicate with staff and they responded but whether family was infomed I do not know.

Location excellent for Heathrow Terminal 5 and even though next to T4 the noise from traffic and Airport not an issue. Enough in the room for a one night stay. Good decor and facilities.

Free parking a bonus, size of apartment comfortable for our family of 5, lovely and warm when we arrived. staff extremely helpful and responsive. 11am checkout meant we could take our time and not rush out. location to airport great.

The beds weren't super comfortable. I could feel the springs in the master bedroom where we slept. It was fine for a single night and considering the cost and location of the apartment. But I wouldn't have enjoyed a long stay in the space.

The check in and out process was very easy to navigate. The owners communicated well and were easy to work with. The apartment is very conveniently located for the airport and underground lines. The space was clean and adequate for a night's stay.

The place is a little hard to find - there is a cluster of apartments, and you need to drive in to the complex to find the numbers - they're "street" numbers, but it feels like a "complex / apartment block". The door handles in the apartment need a little attention, and the crockery wasn't very clean. A few more items would be useful (e.g. grater), but it had the basics.

The location is good, and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are great. Appliances good and working. All in all a good choice for a well priced brief stay prior to travel, which is what we needed.

Difficulty in Communication with the Host. Also deposit not refunded as at when the review was provided (1 week). It is very important for host to realise that some guest are not very good with technology and also difficulty with foreigners or guest travelling overseas for the first time.

Easy access to stores and very quiet environment. Well spacious for our family of 5. Somewhat difficult communicating with host. I was only able to communicate via email, the host when contacted rudely redirected me to email response. I will only recommend this property to guest who are familiar with travelling overseas. Also, I am yet to received my 200 pounds security deposit as at when this review was provided (1 week).

No tea or coffee provided. We had travelled from Spain and arrived after midnight. We do not carry tea and coffee in our luggage and had a flight the next morning. We would have liked a tea or coffee when we arrived.
