You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location comfortable and easy to walk around the local area. Pub is a 5 minute stroll and the headland and beach 10 mins walk away . Its an aged property but presented well and you have to expect likewise

United KingdomCar parking was a bit distant, although the brochure warned about that. Bathroom was very nice, but condensation didn't really clear after showers, even with the extractor fan left on for hours. But minor niggles only, general impression very good.
Beautiful location. Very characterful building, roomy and warm. Very comfortable bed (previous reviews had criticised the mattress - we found it fine). Well-equipped kitchen.

Brilliant location to explore Anglesey, quiet and set back with private garden and beautiful views. Was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more

United KingdomLinen, bathroom and kitchen were clean, but the general feel was a bit drab. The carpets and soft furnishings were musty and dirty. Damp walls and flies could be associated with an old building, but the various botches with expanding foam suggested limited upkeep. Little things like no wooden spoon or sieve shows a lack of maintenance, as I would assume they were once present judging by the rest of the kitchen? The handbook suggested parking in an area shared with the other part of the house. This was always full, mainly due to inconsiderate parking, so we just parked on the lane.
Location and the views were excellent and the main selling points. Nice welcome pack with milk in the fridge, biscuits, Welsh cakes, tea and coffee provided. Kitchen was mostly well stocked and a tea towel, dish cloth and washing up liquid which are helpful and often overlooked.
