This was a lovely friendly quirky place to stay! Perfect for an overnight with my Elvis-fan teenaged daughter - fifties-style diner, playing music she likes, Tunnocks teacakes in the room... what more can you ask for? And the sea view from the room was exceptional. We also had dinner there: fantastic burgers, lots of food, happy friendly staff. Felt like a real family business.

Breakfast was fantastic, food was freshly prepared and was enough to do me for the day, more than exceptional. Room was lovely and had a great view, really comfortable and clean. The owners were lovely and had an awesome car.

The views were amazing, breakfast was delicious, the 50s decor was outstanding in its detail, the room and bathroom were spotless and the bathroom had the facilities equal to a 4 star hotel. Finally, the host was charming and very helpful and made our stay very relaxing.

Its a wee walk into Rothesay which is lovely if you are able. I did not dislike this. it's a great place if you like a walk.

I like the Friendliness, the quirkiness the breakfast and the cleanliness. The view was just awesome.

We have fallen in love with Cadillac Kustomz and can't wait to return in the summer. Absolutely spotless and I have severe OCD so cleanliness is a vital part of our holidays. I honestly couldn't thank the lovely people who own the hotel enough, anything at all they could do to help was done. Stunning hotel on the most beautiful shore line,surrounded by amazing views and calming walkways. For us we really felt at home and our room was absolutely perfect. It was just quite simply the perfect R&R we needed. The hotel Diner offers a vast menu which is filled with delicious delights at a very fair price. We genuinely had such a lovely stay and our heartfelt thanks go to the owners who as I said went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort was catered for. **Single Parent staying with one child**

Couldn't get tv reception at all - just used my laptop as too late to bother the staff. No comfortable chair to relax in, just a stool and a sort of high barstool. Looks great but not very useful. Room temperature distinctly cool on one of the coldest nights of the year so far - should have left the bathroom door open. Turned the radiator up but still wasn't warm enough, woke up at 5am and put on a jumper. No wardrobe: hooks on back of door.

Stunning views. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Decor interesting and fun. En suite spotless and comfortably warm, shower lovely, all toiletries and towels great. Characterful decor and very comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh-made tasty breakfast. Would have enjoyed a supper, from the menu, but other commitments. Wifi good, fortunately in view of poor tv reception.

The breakfast was very disappointing - probably the worst we've ever had in a B&B/hotel. It consisted of half a rasher of bacon, one sausage, an egg and some beans and toast. Also the male member of staff who was serving breakfast was very off. My wife booked three rooms for me and my friends for a motorbike trip. She opted for us to pay at the property and used her credit card to secure the booking with the proviso nothing would be taken from it. When we came to check out, the same guy who was off at breakfast checked us out and told us that the money for the rooms had already been taken from the credit card used to secure the booking - which isn't what we opted for so this now means my friends have to transfer money to my wife which is a pain.

Quirky hotel. Hotel owner was very friendly. Rooms lovely and clean and bed was very comfortable.
