There is a grill restaurant next door so if you have the windows open you get really hungry.

Super clean room, bathroom, kitchen, everything. Everything was cleaned to a really high standard! Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only a short walk into town.

The lights were on v short automatic sensors and kept switching off in the kitchen which was annoying when cooking. I think they need to be looked at. My main problem was that I found the booking very stressful as I got what turned out to be an unnecessary message on the day we were due to arrive saying my card, registered through booking. Com had been declined, even though I had had no previous problem and it was up to date. When I rang urgently to sort it out the staff member said it was normal and nothing to worry about and it was standard to send this because booking. Com did not give the security card no on back of card to tas, so I just had to call in to the office. They did not seem to understand that getting the message that a card has been declined is v stressful when you are travelling to the venue - if as they said, this was a standard situation and message they send, I think they should change it. It wasn’t a nice experience . The actual place is fine and clean and it’s a v good location.

Very noisy street, you could hear everything inside.

The facilities were very clean, check in was easy and the location was near the city center. Very good affordable stay.

Some of the other guests were very noisy and vomited in the bathroom (not your fault obviously but I thought you should know)

The hotel was a lot better than I expected. The only real improvement would have been the addition of a small table and chairs in the room. as we had to eat in the bed. But that is only a suggestion, it didn't offend us that there was no dinner table. over all it exceeded our expectations. will definitely book with you again if you are in other cities we wish to stay in.

A chair in the room would have helped it feel more welcoming, and made it easier to work from the room. Also, the room door had a lock that was a constant struggle to get the key into properly, that was a small annoyance.

One bathroom between four rooms works when each room is occupied by one student, but when the other three had couples occupying, it was tough.

Good kitchen with coffee etc. provided, but no breakfast as such.

One bathroom + extra toilet is a bit too little for 4 bedrooms (up to 8 people). You might need to wait if you want to shower at rush hour. There was a bit of paint smell since the property is so new, I'm sure that will disappear with time. It was bearable though.

Great location, close to center and with plenty of options in the same street. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Good value for money.

Floors in bathroom were dirty from construction, loud downstairs restaurant and no earplugs, motion sensor lights turned off every 5 seconds, only one shower between four rooms, paint fumes made us sick, locks on toilet door missing / door handle wouldnt open properly

I was amazed by cleanliness of the hotel and then I realized that the person responsible for cleaning was Turkish, I understood why. It was cleanest hotel I stayed in England. Event though the bathroom was shared, I like it really much.

Highly recommended. We were very tired when we arrived and arrived and find everything very clean and comfortable was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our stay. What I liked most was THE CLEANLINESS! All impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Cambridge a very nice memory! 😃

The new painting made me sick and had to open windows. It resulted in coldness in the room. The wifi was bad and unable to connect in the room. The room was on the upper floor and super narrow stairs. I got hurt by some steps

I couldn't use the telly as I didn't have subscriptions for the smart TV.

The room and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and shining. The room was very comfortable.

I was not very happy with the fact that there were people living in the next room who came very early and moved noisily around the hotel, banging on doors. But it’s not about hotel, it’s about people.

Too close to centre (just 10min walking). In hotel all was new and very clean, friendly staff, in the kitchen we had tea and delicious coffee. the kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances. There was two toilets and shower.
