You can park just outside but my partner got a parking ticket for parking side of his car on the payment, there is not sign for this so we could not know! The room a bit noise at times as you share with more people.

Oh my gosh. The room above me was making so much noise. The owner and manager did everything they could to keep them quiet but since the place is tiny it did not help the noise factor. So probably not noise proofed rooms. So I put on ear plugs and turned my computer to go to sleep. They finally went to sleep about 2:00 am.

Close to airport. It was so easy to find and to jump on one bus to the airport! Excellent!

Very casual check in led to the manager conducting a room check after 10pm at night as somewhere on the premises there were unexpected guests camping out.

Some better lighting/clearer house numbering would make it easier to find at night. I appreciate space is limited, however the sink in the bathroom was tiny.

I had heavy luggage and I had to carry them upstairs as the place did not have any elevator. This was not mentioned when I booked. Also, I did not receive the passcode for the key beforehand and by accident a lady was there and helped me to check-in. The internet user and password was also wrong. But the host replied quickly and provided me with the new ones.

It was in a quite area, very close to bus stop that goes to Heathrow airport. Lovely walk around the lake and river with nice pubs nearby. The studio was clean and the lady who checked me in was nice and helped me to carry my luggage upstairs.

There were no floor mats in any (bath & main) room. Face clothes and bath soap was not available, had to request them. Had to wait in the backyard for the room to be clean.

Six bus stops on the U3, no transfers from LHR(£1.50). This is a micro suite in a house. My experience there was straightforward. I needed a bed close to the airport that didn’t cost too much.

Cold room Impossible to get in touch with owner - had to wait outside of the property for more than 30 mins for someone to let me in. Instructions provided were not working Dirty People that are not guests walking around, knocking to the rooms and try to sell things in the morning

terrible management. When you phone it takes forever for them to answer. No one was there to greet me. The room was the cleanest Whilst I was in the shower someone banged on the door to shout at me because there was water leaking from the shower to the room downstairs. The walls are so thin you can hear literally everything and neighbours were very noisy. I was waiting outside the apartment for 20 mins after being told someone would be there in 2 mins. This was a really disappointing stay. I will not return and for genuine concern for other people I would advise to not be taken in by the cheap price. It’s being sold cheap for a reason .

Turned up at "hotel". It's a converted house, with no sign saying you're in the right place. Needed to find which room I was in as owners hadn't replied to my email request. Opened door to the guest use kitchen to find a guy asleep on the floor in a sleeping bag! Eventually found the night porter. Who told me they were full up! Sent me to their other property nearby. Again no sign or indication it's a hotel. Clean place, good value but felt really dodgy!!

The caretaker Samuel is a very irresponsible young man who just can't be bothered about his job. When I booked, they sent me a message of the key safe code to get inside the property but didn't tell me which room I have been allocated. It says the caretaker will show me my room. When I reached there after five hours drive, got in the property, there was no one there. I rang both numbers given to me theough booking.com messages, no one answered. After a while, frustrated I started to knock on other guest room, that's when they told me the caretaker is in the next room. I knocked on that room, he came out, his TV was very loud and he has put his phone on silent so no one could disturb him and he is enjoying himself watching TV while his guest stood at the door for hour! I mean how irresponsible could you be to behave in such a manner at work!! If I didn't knock on other people's door I would still be standing there all night while the caretaker was busy watching TV!!. Luckily I was given the code to atleast get in the property. I don't understand why they don't also tell us which room was allocated to us before we reach the property.

The property is a great place to stay. It provides everything for a comfortable stay away from home. You can easily cook simple meals, washing machine in the room. Bed and mattress very comfy and shower with very good pressure. Everything is so nice there. On street parking is free. They only have one parking space on the property. Heater was not working in the room and it was quite a cold night.

The property is very clean and well organized. The staff very friendly and professional. The propert attandant is very helpful and promptly responsive to what I needed. It is also very quite room considering Heathrow airport is close by.
