There is no user guide for the TV, air con and coffee machine. Figured out AC and coffee machine. However, the tv was poor. We ordered some chips, but they tasted of hotdogs. Perhaps use different oil to cook different products?

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, a tad noisy but it's above a pub so some noise is expected.

The staff was extremely kind. The room was very clean, lots of equipment and the bathroom was really nice as well. It is only one minute away from Camden Market so it's perfect if you want to go shopping there and come back to leave your purchases in your room to explore the town more. I will definitely come back to that hotel! It's also very easy to access and it is completely safe as you need a pass to enter the building.

Check in for the hotel is at the bar in the pub. We had to wait ages to check in as only one staff member could do that. So we had a drink at the bar while we waited for someone to be available to check us in.

The rooms had recently been renovated and were of a really good standard and well sound proofed from the majority of the daily noise being opposite the tube and roadhouse in Camden.

Fab location, right opposite the Roundhouse where we were going to a gig. Really good room, we were on top floor, no windows out to road, but beautiful sky lights. Good coffee machine with generous number of pods.

The ambience and area around the Chalk Farm Underground Station can be unpredictable at night-time, we were subject to very aggressive begging from a local person.

Check-in, room allocation and size, coffee-making facility, towel rail, ground floor bar, breakfast, closeness to Chalk Farm Underground station.

Since the check in/check out has been moved into the bar instead of the hallway of the hotel where it used to be the check in process is less smooth. This time we had to wait almost 20 minutes until the manager arrived to hand out our key cards for the room since none of the bar staff could do this for us. After a long and exhausting journey it was no fun waiting in a packed and loud bar for so long until we could finally get into our room.

I am a regular customer at this hotel due to the excelent location, close to the Chalk Farm tube station, and Camden Market is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and modern. Never had any complaints until now.

My room only had high up window covered with blinds. Slightly claustrophobic but ok. Other rooms in hotel do have street views, so maybe I was just unlucky this time. One of the stairwell lights didn't work in morning- but it was working previous evening.

Fantastic location ideal for Roundhouse - literally across the road. Also ideal Camden Market. Easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Spacious for 1 person.

For the sake of being unreasonably picky, I found a single strand of hair under the bed-couch. That is it. You cannot really fault these guys on anything reasonable.

Host and chef felt welcoming and relaxed, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Cozy pub, and the rooms where of high standard, couldn't be more satisfied. Though being above a pub, we could barely notice any level of troublesome noise.
