We have stayed here a lot through the years... We love the accessibility of the Camden enterprise as we go to gigs around the area and end up coming back late! The beds are so comfy and the rooms are such a good size!

Although the fact that the hotel is above the bar is a good thing, the entrance to the hotel should be different from the entrance to the bar. To get to the room we had to go through the middle of the bar. I was also hoping for more choice and variety at breakfast.

I liked the hotel in terms of comfort. I liked the location and the surrounding area. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

We have stay here a couple of times, and each time everything has been spot on, no issues at all. We opted for a larger room this time and were on the top floor, great room and facilities. Comfortable bed, good strong shower.

My only dislike is that I didn’t stay any longer !!

The property was so modern and overall beautiful! I booked a small double room and was very impressed with the size and location, just a short walk from both Kentish Town and the centre of Camden!

The room was comfortable, clean and nice looking. Very tastefully decorated and had all necessities such as hair drier, iron, ironing board and nice tea and coffee. The plus for the hair drier was by a mirror and there were plugs at either side of the bed. Bed was comfy and the shower was as good a hotel shower as you would get. The staff, especially the bar man/receptionist in the pub beneath the hotel, was an asset.

A bit tricky to find especially if you’re arriving at night in the dark.

Fantastic location almost opposite Camden Lock, great for numerous concert venues. Although very central it was very quiet and the beds were really comfortable

There is no user guide for the TV, air con and coffee machine. Figured out AC and coffee machine. However, the tv was poor. We ordered some chips, but they tasted of hotdogs. Perhaps use different oil to cook different products?

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, a tad noisy but it's above a pub so some noise is expected.

The staff was extremely kind. The room was very clean, lots of equipment and the bathroom was really nice as well. It is only one minute away from Camden Market so it's perfect if you want to go shopping there and come back to leave your purchases in your room to explore the town more. I will definitely come back to that hotel! It's also very easy to access and it is completely safe as you need a pass to enter the building.

Check in for the hotel is at the bar in the pub. We had to wait ages to check in as only one staff member could do that. So we had a drink at the bar while we waited for someone to be available to check us in.

Rooms are lovely. Clean & modern. Quiet despite being above a pub.

The rooms had recently been renovated and were of a really good standard and well sound proofed from the majority of the daily noise being opposite the tube and roadhouse in Camden.

Quite pricey maybe

Fab location, right opposite the Roundhouse where we were going to a gig. Really good room, we were on top floor, no windows out to road, but beautiful sky lights. Good coffee machine with generous number of pods.

The ambience and area around the Chalk Farm Underground Station can be unpredictable at night-time, we were subject to very aggressive begging from a local person.

Check-in, room allocation and size, coffee-making facility, towel rail, ground floor bar, breakfast, closeness to Chalk Farm Underground station.

Since the check in/check out has been moved into the bar instead of the hallway of the hotel where it used to be the check in process is less smooth. This time we had to wait almost 20 minutes until the manager arrived to hand out our key cards for the room since none of the bar staff could do this for us. After a long and exhausting journey it was no fun waiting in a packed and loud bar for so long until we could finally get into our room.

I am a regular customer at this hotel due to the excelent location, close to the Chalk Farm tube station, and Camden Market is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and modern. Never had any complaints until now.
