It was a perfect stay, hot tub was gorgeous, lodge was spotless and comfortable and everything we needed was supplied it was a short walk from the town so also a perfect quiet location, we will definately be booking again. Thank you so much.

Nothing - The whole stay was perfect. Clean and comfortable.

Booked the mini lodge for my husbands 40th birthday just for the 2 of us to get away. Couple of days prior to our stay I was contacted advising that the lodge was double booked so we were moved to a little cottage on the site (Boathouse) This cottage was exceptional. So comfortable and cosy. The only difference was there was no hot tub but the character of the cottage made up for that in my opinion. It sits right on the canal so such a nice view out of the windows. Comfort was 10/10. We ordered a delicious Indian take away and had it delivered to the cottage which is cool for a holiday rental place. Just perfect for a reset!

Beautiful location. Easy access to the town and falls along the beautiful canal. Site manager very welcoming and helpful. Hot tub was lovely.

Close to the town centre, a 10 min walk for us along the canal. Well equipped lodge. Warm and cosy.

There was nothing to dislike about this cabin

Everything , was very clean , very modern inside , smelt clean as soon as you walk in , we were very impressed with high quality and all your needs in such a small cabin ,also a great little shower, the hot tub was warm and ready to go in which also was clean very presentable

Loved everything! If I had to say 1 thing maybe the hot tub could do with a really good clean not so much the water put the hot tub itself!

Everything was perfect. It was super clean, the speaker in the roof was mint, loved everything!

The only thing that we would of liked to improve is the wifi network as Netflix was buffering a lot at night and we couldn’t watch a film

The bed itself was quite uncomfortable it felt as if you was on a tilt, pillows needed more support.. woke up with an awful creek in my neck and back but could be my age or just me being picky here amazing throughout otherwise! Fences could be added for underneath the lodge, we have a Chihuahua that kept getting underneath!! Just a bit more enclosed by the side of the lodge!

Great location, quiet, lovely surroundings. Decor of the lodge itself, like home from home on a smaller scale which we loved. That dogs were allowed to come. Very clean lodge, smelt amazing when you entered.

Previous people that stayed underwear on radiator, Hairs in bed Food left in fridge and dirty Shower leaks water everywhere No control for heating so freezing at night Shower super small Massively over priced for what you get No where to store clothes No ironing facilities Both phone chargers plugged into electrics now have water damage and do not work. Glad we didn’t bring our dog as says dog friendly but it wouldn’t work. Advertised with sauna there isn’t one. Advertised check in 12pm it’s 2pm Advertised check out 12pm it’s 10am
