The bedding wasn’t really comfortable, the blinders on the living room were not working or not available so the sunlight would be a bit too much

No parking with a whole car park but not for customers. Also it was clean, had a very damp smell, I was out most of the time but if I was to of stayed in longer I pay have complained about the cleanliness. Host was really helpful and if I mentioned it at the time of our stay he probably would have got the cleaner in to clean.

Keys to the apartment were a bit delayed when we arrived, there was no proper communication from the landlord/boooking.com

There were not much restaurants around but great supermarkets where you could buy all groceries and cook at home, as the amenities in the kitchen were good enough.

Communication with the owner ahead of the stay was very slow and not straightforward (we tried to understand the parking situation). It would have also been good to have pro-active instructions as to where to go to receive the keys rather than having to ask for it. Cleanliness overall was good, however we found some used towels in the cupboards

Great view and comfy, modern flat with everything you need. We were overall happy with the stay and would come again.

The beds are really small for tall people like us and the mattresses are not very comfortable. In one of the 2 showers, it was difficult to get some hot water. One tap was also half broken in one of the two bathrooms.

Perfect spot in London, not too expensive considering that London is usually pretty expensive overall. Good communication with our host, we got 5h delay on our flight but there was still someone waiting for us when we arrived to give us the keys. The apartment is quite big, and the view from the 18th floor is just awesome.

Not a bad point at all but nothing catered for food wise but that is to be absolutely expected from a room where you provide your own. (So not really a bad point at all, just a heads up if you were expecting it)

Brilliant location if you’re a seeing a show at the o2 Arena, 5 min Uber ride away from the venue, great view of the river and the arena to wind down with drinks after the show and not too city centre where you can get a good night sleep.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the flat we booked and we were given another flat instead. This was not up to our expectations.

Very tired, the tap in the en-suite was broken, the shower risers didn’t hold the shower head properly. It needed a deep clean, as light switches, windows etc were dirty. The bedding smelt strange, a bit like stale beer. Smells from neighbours smoking drugs came in through the open doors. There was a broken plant pot in one bedroom that had just been turned around. Not a full set of crockery or glassware. No tea towels, dishwasher tablets available. No welcome basket for milk , tea etc.

Good location. Easy to find, close to the DLR station. Quiet with no disturbances from neighbouring apartments. Lovely views.

Nothing bad to say at all if im being honest

The view was amazing. The flat was spacious. Host was very supportive. One call he was there. Any issues he would solve and very understanding so it allowed me to be comfortable during my stay.

Everything was exceptional , from the view down to the instructions on how to enter and the lovely host who helped me with anything needed even sent cleaners to come clean whilst I was staying , will definitely book again and would highly recommend!

The kitchen was dirty and despite booking for four people there was one mug and no kitchen wear as described or any running hot water. Place needs a deep clean and fumigating. Stinks of cigarettes and cannabis Sinks dirty Showers dirty Shower screens dirty NO HOT WATER AT ALL Both showers broken Bad paint jobs patching up broken items Live electric wires hanging above the shower We called the landlord / owner re the above he did drop off two extra mugs and said the water would be fixed and he’d keep us updated - he never did and ignored all messages after this point meaning for a four day stay we only had freezing cold showers. Stained bedding

apartment needs to be refreshed. cleaning was not done well (dirty windows, floor, glasses). the kitchen has everything, but some accessories such as cups, glasses, plates are missing).

The view is amazing and the position is quite good, very close to the DRL to reach the city
