We enjoyed a 2 night break in this lovely caravan which was spotless there was a lot of extra touches which meant you had everything you needed very comfortable bed and big shower.

No sea view, swimming pool closed. Wardrobe in double room looked and smelt damp.

Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Thoughtful and lovely extras. E.g. biscuits, crisps, wine & chocolate. Loved the seaside theme and pictures.

One of the bedrooms stank of fish cooker needed a good clean caravan was getting dated

There was a welcome pack which was a lovely surprise and we were all surprised at what it contained and loved it. The accommodation was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. You had everything you needed and more. Quality of equipment was exceptional and liked the extra touches like washing up liquid, salt and pepper, coffee, tea etc to much to list everything. Our hosts thought of everything. We all loved the temperature on the shower head! The location was brilliant, so easy to get to the town.

Unfortunately there was terrible rain and wind that made it hard to sleep and the twin beds were a bit small for adults.

Well set up, nicely decorated, loved all the bits on arrival! Good location on the site.

We had a wonderful stay - and such lovely little touches - it was tastefully decorated for Xmas and the bottle of wine and milk in the fridge together with the chocolate, biscuits and crisps were very very welcome! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

This was after all a short break and there was certainly nothing to dislike about the site or the facility. Ideally situated and close to the place we wanted to visit. The Brixham rugby club.

Great situation for our purpose and ideal for a family break. We shared with another couple and found everything to be satisfactory especially the two loos! Brilliant welcome pack and complete with coffee maker and pods. We would certainly look to take advantage of this facility again.

Accessing the key was a bit of a challenge for arthritic hands.

The location was great for exploring the surrounding areas and the van itself was absolutely beautiful! It was warm, spacious and perfect for a family holiday. The little extras provided were a lovely touch and very welcome after a long, rather windy day out.

Nothing really, we were very happy and would use again when visiting the area.

The property was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The heating worked well, shower was very good. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living area seating. Perfect location for coastal walks and walking into Brixham Harbour. Staff on the site were helpful too. Peaceful setting.

Insufficient advance info about No on site/ off season Restaurant ! Limited swimming times. Had I been any larger I would have struggled to get in the shower cubicle.

Everything we needed for a short stay, well equipped and generous welcome gifts. Grounds well maintained and well spaced out caravans/ lodges with hard ground parking along side.

Cleanliness could have been better. Dirty mugs and dirty cheese grater in the cupboard and drawer. The rest of the accommodation was clean. Difficult to find the property at night in the dark.

It was comfortable and accommodated 5 of us. Bonus having 2 toilets. A lovely touch having milk, tea , coffee , crisp and chocolate biscuits provided.

Unfortunately no cafe or restaurant. These facilities were on the list of facilities available so need to be removed. But we did have a great time

The location was amazing very close to Brixham harbour. Small supermarket and laundry available.lovely area for walking with family to sea the wildlife seals dolphins etc. Children loved crabbing at the harbour.

This really isn’t a downgrade but you need to know that the plug hole in shower needs unblocking as it runs away very slowly.

The caravan was clean and comfortable. Excellent mattress on double bed and shower was really good too. These two things are important to get right. Lovely touch to to provide us with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, chocolate and wine. Thanks guys

We didn't get the entertainment passes, but from what we could see, they wouldn't be worth paying extra for them. we used the arcade a little outdated but kept them busy for a bit.

The caravan was fantastic very roomy the kids loved having dvds and board games to play with. And having the extras like the air dryer hoover etc made it easier the fluffy blankets went down well with the girls would definitely stay again. We had a little walk down by the trail and views were amazing.
