My mobility isn't very good and I found it difficult to climb the 3 flights of stairs.

Not a complaint, as we were aware and it didnt affect us in anyway, but the apartment is up a hill and up a few sets of stairs so if you have mobility issues then just to be aware.

The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay , very comfortable and good-sized rooms , clean and tidy. The host was great with communication and was super helpful. Parking outside the property and a short walk down to the main street front where there are bars and restaurants / takeaways.

Taking bikes up the steps- but don’t let that put any one off -take time and rest after each flight!

Comfortable, and spacious, everything we needed after an exhausting wonderful island hopping trip on bikes. Nice location, interesting old building and close to ferry and amenities Last morning we saw two deer feeding on the lawn at the front😊

bright, good size rooms, everything you could need in the kitchen, super comfy beds, quiet location with beautiful views and a short walk to Rothesay town centre.

felt a little outdated especially bathroom and flooring in kitchen. post indicated a pull out bed (sofa bed) however this was a camp bed that was very heavy to pull out and sheet was not clean. there was plenty of clean linen to change this.

bedrooms were spacious and clean. living room area was cosy and well equipped kitchen.

No complaints about the apartment at all . Rothesay a bit of a let down though , nowhere to go out to eat and even the chippie was closed , ended up with pizza from Tesco .

The shower was too hot , and It is on a steep hill and up 2 flights of stairs . It Did not bother us ( and it would not stop us going back ) , as it is still very central and it is a very peaceful location and we slept like logs ... heaven !! . It would be a bonus to have crisp cotton sheets .

Lovely homely , clean , comfortable and quiet apartment , with interesting views . Everything we needed for a self catering stay . Host also left out starter pack of complimentary t bags , coffee and sugar in a generously sized kitchen 🙂

I found the water too hot so showering was a bit difficult but that's just me.

The apartment was very spacious, very comfortable and full of light. There were red deer across the road on the lawn in the early morning and in the evenings and a view of the castle and some of the harbour from the other windows. Parking was right outside the apartment on the street and the position up high gave lovely views. Rothesay was easily explored on foot and a short drive took us to some excellent beaches.

Comms with owner were friendly and on point in terms of detail right from the start.. Flat was 100% as described. Clean, well furnished, well appointed, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Ideal too as there is a large back garden where the dog could go for a last minute pee at night ! Location is ideal for town and on street parking right outside was great too. Would book again and would highly recommend for a stay.
