Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMany of the surfaces had not been cleaned such as the fire place stand had tea marks on it and there were dead spiders in and around the kitchen area.
The caravan was very spacious and very comfortable. The location it was in was very good only a 15 min drive from the town.

United KingdomNever had a caravan holiday before and won't have another one. Caravans too close and had to put up with next door noise all the time from 6.30am every day. Had to wash saucepans etc before using. Have left the caravan cleaner than it was when we arrived.
The site was very clean. The bar and restaurant was lovely too.

United KingdomAs soon as we stepped in, we could smell dampness and had to open all the windows to try and air it out. There was mold stains at the bottom of the sofa, curtains and ironing board. The biggest room had about 5 pots of home made dehumidifier on top of wardrobe as well as inside the cabinets. The dampness smell was so strong that it actually left our clothes smelling damp after 3 night stay .The back of the caravan (bedroom/bathroom end) was very cold but quickly warm up using the heater. In the mornings all the windows would be covered in condensation. The kitchen tap was running either cold or very hot water. The seals around the door are broken making it very hard and noisy to shut the doors. We couldn't have the door left open because the laches to keep them open were broke and the door near the bedroom was very loud when opening or closing. The hallway lights wasn't working.
The caravan had enough space for a family of 4. It was peaceful and quiet area. It was very bright during the day but at times had to keep some of the curtains close as it was just too sunny. There was outside light which was very useful at night. There was plenty of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery as well as plastic options provided. The gas fireplace warmed up the lounge quickly, making it very cosy. There was extra pillows, duvet and blankets. Caravan had a hoover in the wardrobe which made cleaning up easier but It wasn't emptied and smelled quite bad whiles using it. Caravan had some sort of WiFi. There was some menu leaflets with local takeaways. The clubhouse was very inviting with small arcade, lovely smelling food and plenty of space to sit. There was a playground on site and a beach walking distance away.
