One thing which could have improved the way would be an option for earlier check in and later check out. Otherwise it was ideal

This caravan had everything even more that we needed. It was clean and there was enough space for 5 people. One night the gas was finished and I wrote to the owner and we had a new gas cylinder in 15 minutes.

Poor wifi signal and Netflix buffered a lot. Pretty minor complaint but after a long day in Edinburgh we were hoping to chill out in front of the box with the grandkids.

Nice big caravan, two loos and a lovely hot shower. Everywhere was clean and tidy and good location for going into Edinburgh. I would recommend this property.

I understand it being dog friendly things can become a little grubby but curtains all ripped, no net curtains for a little privacy why the caravan is where is it. The sofa needs to be cleaned as is was stained. The table and chairs made the overall appearance look a bit of a mess, even painting them would make it look so much better.

The caravan was not clean. The blinds had dust and horrible grime all over them and behind the curtains in our bedroom were covered with black mould. The bathroom was also not as clean as I would have liked. When we stripped the bedding there was also what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding.

The location was ideal. Close to the beach and Edinburgh. The facilities in the caravan were good. Loved that Netflix was provided so we could watch movies in the evening.

Everything except the wifi. The wifi was inadequate, and my devices were getting messages of no internet available. I had to purchase my own mobile internet package from Vodafone to get internet access.

The location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. A bus to the city centre just outside the gates. The accomodation was well kitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Gas fire not working ( which staff said they would get someone to fix but didnt). The grill on cooker would not stay alight. The shower was appalling, more like a drip than a shower. No water pressure!!

Beach Close by. Large caravan and well equipped. Comfy bed. Gas ran out less than 2 hours of arriving but staff changed within 10 minutes of us phoning them. Well stocked mini market ( contained good selection of gluten free items).

Was a little disappointed with the pool ,if you have any mobility issues at all it is very difficult to enter and exit

I don't think I had Wifi that bad since the mid-2000s. Additionally you have to pay for holiday park passes. They only have four day-passes which is a bit inconvenient if you are staying only a night or two.

The site is advertised with WIFI, however it is really 4G which has poor reception, so doesn't work. It was a nice caravan, however I would not class it as deluxe.

The caravan was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities. The restaurant was really nice, friendly staff and lovely food. The location was good, a lovely beach and not far from Edinburgh.

I hadn't checked before booking whether pets were allowed. My fault. I'm allergic to dog hair so was a bit worried when I saw dogs in the caravan on the Booking.com photo. However I took my own vacuum cleaner and I was fine. (There was a vacuum in the caravan for use too.)

Seton Sands has loads for kids to do. The caravan was a good size with plenty of room for two adults and two under 4s. Well equipped with everything for eating, including a baby chair. There was also a travel cot, although we took our own. Our wee ones loved the kids entertainment, especially the mini discos.
