Our third stay is this comfy caravan in a great location. All amenities you'd expect and a great base for exploring the area.

To be honest we were really pleased with everything. The only thing that I might have improved is the double bed - hubby is a bit heavier so I did miss out on a really good nights sleep - however for the price I don't think it is a problem.

Excellent size and well equipped. Lovely to have a couple of pints of milk left for us on arrival THANKYOU. Excellent value for money and well placed to travel around the local area. This is on a really friendly and quiet site.

Everything was great

We have stayed at the same static caravan before,so everything is there for us and it’s very peaceful and everyone on sight including the shop are very friendly and very helpful just ideal for us. My mother also lives about 10 minutes away and my sister lives in great mungeom in Deal.

We are a non-driving family, so local taxi firm was a Godsend. Unfortunately, there are 5 of us ... so we always needed 2 taxies to any destination or planned outing. (And 2 taxies back again). If Thanet Taxies had a couple of 'People Carriers' or larger cars it would mean that we could travel together, instead of waiting for each others transport to arrive and allowing extra time while 'the first group' were early and the 2nd almost late.

The caravan was well situated within the park and very close to reception, swimming pool and shop etc. Bedding, towels and other 'bulky to pack' items were supplied (including toilet rolls). We went out of season, so not many children, quiet and peaceful. All activities were available ... we just had to ask one of the friendly camp staff eg pottery painting.

Very comfortable caravan, well situated in a lovely park. Caravan was ideal for our family with loads of extras including tea, coffee, cleaning products and a good selection of dvds......very thoughtful. Excellent value for money. Would recommend!!

Caravan was a perfect location for us with being down from scotland for a family wedding. Kids were able to get out to park and things and they loved the pool. Was nice to have some milk in fridge along with coffee and tea bags as after the long drive down milk was the last thing on our mind.

Caravan was great did us for the few days we were booked in ... host was great about check in for us all information was sent to us straight away ..even left tea, coffee and milk there for us .Will deffinatly book again .

Communication with owner, even left supplies for our arrival which were most welcome and towels etc too, staff on site so helpful, location, wi-fi great, good selection of dvds for children, owner recommended great friendly taxi company. We were really impressed from start to finish. We’ll deffo be back!

Felt like home, with everything you needed including tea/coffee and milk! Really appreciated the DVD collection for evening entertainment. Great to have the beds made up on arrival. Would recommend to others and book again in the future.

It was very cold in the property when I arrived (weather had been bad - it was early spring), and it took a day to warm through - I have health issues that are made worse in the cold. However, thanks for the extra (requested) blankets, and the heaters. The bedside light needs attention. The shower gave very little spray, and temperature was difficult to get right.

No entertainment. Due to off peak time.

The host was very friendly, responded to messages extremely quick. Everything was ready for us to enjoy our stay. Even supplied us with tea coffee star and milk.

A bit tired in places. Shower room needs updating. Single bed a bit hard for one of us.

Lovely location within the park. Easy to locate caravan. Plenty of room for parking and sitting outside in the sun. Good supply of tea, coffee, toilet rolls, etc. Lots of cooking equipment for self catering. Comfortable lounge.

(notes for reference, overall experience if very positive) - no washing machine, might be useful for longer stays - some windows are not closing tight.. not an issue during warmer period - relatively small beds, about 180cm long. not comfortable for taller people.. - not much to do at holiday park (after first day). it is possible to walk to the beach, but only along the road with fast traffic

Comfortable and clean mobile home, no cigarette or animal smells. Set your expectations right and will not be disappointed (i.e. it is a mobile home, not a 5* spa hotel) neighbourhood was quiet after 10PM - fairly rare at such caravan parks. small swimming pool at holday park (had to book and pay for 1h slots ..) plenty of nice places to visit within 30min car drive.
