We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere were no sleepers available in the room it would have been nice.also the internet connection is extremely bad it keeps on disconnecting everything 10 mins . I'm with the 02 network and the reception was null maybe because of how isolated the property is.so I guess they need to invest in better WiFi.
The food at the restaurant was very nice.the spa is a must if you visit this space .I was there for 4 hours and I could have stayed there all day, you get a complimentary lunch that consists of on a plate no drink no starters not dessert if you want anything else it will cost you more. We had a couples massage it was the divine best part of my visit then you get different rooms to just chill out after just before going back to the main spa areas. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzis in this cold weather is just brilliant I can't wait to be back there again.

Beautiful grounds with plenty of activities for adults and kids. Comfortable rooms with amazing pillows. Fantastic breakfast.

United KingdomThe breakfast in Redmonds is a very standard breakfast, nothing wrong with it at all, very tasty, but nothing outstanding or separating it from other hotels. We ordered lunch on room service and the garlic bread was cold and the sandwich was £9 for a very basic sandwich which could have come from the shop. Having options for netflix/bbc iplayer etc on the tv would have been a nice extra? I am being really fussy here and nitpicking problems - Carden Park is truly gorgeous and I can't really fault it. We had a perfect stay and the staff were so welcoming. Would 100% be looking to come back soon!
The food on an evening was gorgeous (highly recommend the duck breast with beetroot gnocchi from Redmonds!) The twilight spa package was absolutely incredible. The golf courses were beautiful and the view from our room was lovely. The estate is clearly kept in perfect condition. The staff went above and beyond to recognise my boyfriends birthday from chocolates in the room, to a birthday desert at the spa. The bed was huge. Wandering around the sculpture park was a lovely little welcome when we arrived.

United KingdomWe found it difficult to find food suitable for the children in our party who like plain food. A snack bar would have been useful. I was surprised very young children were not wearing swim nappies in the pool.
Breakfast had lots of choices. The food served was hot, and tasty the lounges are comfortable and spacious. The pool and surrounding area is lovely and warm. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The outdoor activities are well run.
