Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe ONLY thing that could have been improved was that the noise from Yates bar across the road was very loud. Our room was directly opposite on the first floor so we could hear music and voices until very late. We have stayed before though and we will definitely stay again so it isn’t enough to put us off!
Clean, spacious, wonderful breakfast, huge bed, 2 minute walk to the city centre and 8 minute walk to the Utilita Arena where we were watching a concert.

United KingdomLooked just a bit outdated ( just like any other hotel in the city centre ) and the pool is designated more for swimming rather than relaxing. Also the water is not heated. Overall the whole spa experience is a bit underwhelming.
Very clean and spacious room, with great breakfast food. Location is very central with very quick access to restaurants shops and the castle.

The fitness room (gym) is amazing. It has everything one needs for a full training session. Swimming pool is big and the water's temperature was correct. The size of the room was incredibly big. Breakfast was very decent.
