Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomGetting into the car park was a hold your breath experience, but we were well warned and advised on how to navigate it before hand. With the space available there isn't anything they can do about it, but that was a minor thing in comparison to a really enjoyable stay.
The room was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We love Cardigan and have now found a great place to stay.

United KingdomNot to do with the accoomodation - but the night we arrived and hoped to dine out was the night virtually no eaterie was open or the kitchen closed in the pubs. We ended up having a take away in the room (addition of the foldaway tables was a brilliant surprise. Perhaps some general info on the town in advance would be an even better aspect of this booking!
Good & friendly staff for breakfast. A lillte bit limited breakfast menu but what was available was very good. Room was excellent, and spacious, very good value for both facilities and location.

Everyone I met at the castle treated me like a good friend would; Sian at the reception desk is the perfect host for the ‘meet and greet’; she made us feel like special guests. Brilliant. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had and the young waitress who served us was also wonderful. With staff, facilities and meals like this, I can see why everyone is talking about this gem of a place in the heart of Cardigan. We’ll be back!
