F Room was basic, clean only 2 cups but three in the room. Said online check in from 2, arrived at just after half 5 to be told should have been there to check in between 2/3, when I clarified this lady said no you should have been here at 2, in fairness much further down the booking did say 2/6 Also wanted £10 deposit for remote and keys which I wasn't aware of

The window was too high up and there wasn't a hair dryer or fan in the room. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side

The hotel was easy to find and it was ok. I had to give the lady £10 deposit for the remote control for the TV in my room and for the keys but the lady gave me the money back on the morning of my departure from the hotel.

No breakfast, which we were expecting when we booked, and lack of products in bathroom such as shampoo or shower gel. On entering property there was a smell of cat pee. When we got there landlady did not seem to know we where coming. Was spose to be a deluxe room was certainly was not. The twin room was very small. Could not get any hot water in the shower which had very poor water pressure. Poor value for money I would not recommend Cardoh Lodge to anybody.

Beds where comfy and room was clean. Was in a good location for our needs.

TV didn't work had to change rooms that tv didn't work. No breakfast when you pay for b and b you expect a breakfast and it was advertised in the window. Shower water pressure was very poor.

No Breakfast facility due to lack of staff but showed it on the room advertisement. Rooms need updating. Artex walls showing signs of bubbling with damp. shower was awful in 2 of the 3 rooms. Bar area was locked but the booking said bar was open.

room was nothing like the pictures. i booked en-suite with bath and I got a room with a shoebox size shower that was rubbish. my child could not be bathed the whole trip . overpriced for what it was and you don’t get a room like the pics. tv size of a computer screen .

Owner extremely rude! So many issues with this hotel! No parking, dirty rooms, smell of sick, homeless people trying to get in, not family friendly, facilities terrible. Avoid this hotel!

The lady genuannly walked in on me with nothing on on the morning demanding she does a bin change everyday but the day before she didn’t ? After me asking her to get out untill I was changed she said I don’t mind I said I do mind and stared picking things up from the room !! Very disrespectful and an invasion of privicy

Lovely lady owner,in an ideal place for our stay.room was very clean & comfortable.quick check in & checkout.paid £10 deposit for the remote & keys that was given straight back to us on checkout.The owner is a really lovely lady easy to talk to very friendly.No complaints at all 10/10 would highly recommend & we will definitely stay again it's in a perfect location for us right by coral island and close to all the bars & shops.

did not book for the breakfast . location was excellent for seeing attractions shops and places to eat .transport of trams and buses only a short walk away .. The proprietor of hotel was helpful and friendly . no problems whatsoever
