If there is a tiny thing I would say is that there is only one very large bathroom for up to 6 people. Maybe making two smaller ones for the next refit could be considered.

The property is ideally located just over a mile from HMS Raleigh. The rooms are generously large, clean and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very large. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional. The surrounding location is quaint and there are plenty of walks including the South Coast path not far. The pub offers delicious generous meals.

Being in the loft above the pub you could sometimes just about hear downstairs but being a small village pub it wasnt bad at all , and to be expected . We would deffinately stay again .

The loft was large , comfy , clean and everything that you could want even a big tv and private parking for 2 cars .. The staff were really friendly , helpful and we had a very pleasant stay . Thankyou .

Staff kindly sorted radiators out as cool on arrival but they were very helpful. Radiators a bit noisy second night.

Loft was really spacious, pictures did not show how nice the loft is, doesn't do it justice. 6 in the party, plenty of room. Bathroom was huge.

Property was great if im being really picky could have done with a full length Mirrow near to plugs so I could dry my hair and see my clothing as only had a Mirrow in the bathroom above sink, and also a small bin in bathroom needed

Rather close to the road so a little noisy. The bathroom was very small.

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were outstanding as we didn’t know when were going to arrive due to a breakdown on A38. They were willing to accommodate our late arrival although it was unnecessary.

The place is a little tired. It is above a pub so there is noise and the pub food is right under the lounge window and bangs closed. We were in the area for a wedding so we only used it as a base

Really great facility’s. Friendly and helpful to anything we needed . Unlucky the hot water went out on our stay. But they they where great at dealing with the problem and sent out a plumber straight away to sort the issue out. Where lovely to leave us a bottle of Prosecco as a apology Would highly recommend this lodge

Lovely spacious studio apartment which has been beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully set out. We had a really comfortable stay and it was a massive bonus that we could bring our dogs. The pub is very reasonably priced and so you can enjoy drinks or food in the pub, pub garden or the studio's private courtyard. Would highly reccomend.
