The location is amazing, really close to the beach, shops and restaurants are really close, the staff was really helpful, beds were clean and really comfortable and as a single mom that was travelling with a 4 y old I felt save and our needs were meet. I recommend 100% if you are looking for some affordable mini holiday .

The receptionist was very rude. Instead to give me a better alternative for the parking he said we all want free parking instead of informing the guests the car can be parked on the parade street with 7.80 pounds a day not as I payed 3.90 for 2 hours in front of the hotel. In the room were no towels it was necessary to ask for it.

There weren't any parking permits available which meant feeding the meter more money that we wouldn't have had to do if they had been available. No bar facility available at hotel or access to the hotel premises until after 4pm..

Clean rooms. Lovely breakfast and very obliging member of staff. She provided additional quilt to lay on as the bed was too hard for me.

Three things: 1. No drinking water was available in the room. 2. The kettle was unsanitary to use for a cup of hot beverage. 3. One of the bed lights weren't functioning.

Courteous nature of the staff who was compassionate enough to offer me get a bath fitted room after hearing about my exhausting trek from Seaford to Eastbourne. It was highly appreciated, especially after a long day.

Breakfast was average due to the low cost ingredients as it is was included in the price, suggest an option to upgrade the breakfast for an additional cost to a higher quality.

Breakfast, service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff were polite, friendly and good at their jobs. The room was small but perfect. The bar and dining area was nice and the building was nicely decorated throughout. So much nicer than the mainstream budget hotel brands.

The cost if you have to pay for parking, but with permit parking its only £2 per day, some roads very close to hotel you dont have to pay.

A double room was what we ordered and had. Breakfast was always very good and hot with great service every day. Location was no more than 100 yards from the sea front and flat to walk.

Hotel was locked up on arrival. Luckily only stayed one night. Would not of liked hanging clothes up on a mobile hanger in the bathroom.

The Hotel is well located, being opposite the Congress Theatre, 2 minutes walk to the seafront and 10-15 from the town centre shops and railway station. My room, a single en-suite overlooking Wilmington Square was of adequate size, in good decorative order , spotlessly clean . Comfortable bed, hospitality tray and colour TV. and table. No wardrobe or draw/ shelf space but a clothes rail with plenty of hangers. There is a small reception/lounge area and a licenced bar. During my stay breakfast was the only meal served but this was prepared to order and served to the table. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
