Everything was OK, only the windows couldn’t be fixed in place to stay open.

We stayed in a family room for one night with two small children. The room was recently renovated (FYI, building works in the hotel ongoing) is quite spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was OK (Toast, Ham, Cheese, selection of cereals, fruit salad, choice of fruit juices, coffee etc.). Would come again for another short trip

It's under renovation so just bear that in mind.

The place is obviously under renovation but the rooms were still clean and tidy, the bar was open and the continental breakfast was great. It's basic but that's the price you are paying so it was exactly what we paid for :) Staff were outstanding, very friendly and kind.

Bedroom was small and tight. Walls are thin so somewhat noisy. Bathroom door did not have a lock which was poor.

Breakfast was good value for money - simple. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially with parking. Great location by the Leas and city centre.

The quality of the room.

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Their service was really good but the quality if the property is not value for the money. The tap was leaking and the tub is not in a usable condition. Thus I rate 4 out of 10.

I had to ask for a plug in the sink at reception & plug was to big. But I thanked the Man Gentleman Reception Person polite & friendly. The room didn't have a bin. The had hot 🔥 water 💧 when it was time for me to leave.

I like the view out of the the. I also like the staff. I also like the Cleaner Romanian Woman Lady. I also like the picture in the room, the window in the hotels. I like the breakfast. Maybe if they change some extra money, could have some extra vegetarian & Vegan options please. Thank you I thought the the hotel room & hotel was ok for £40. Maybe The Government could/should do more to help small & medium companies.

The shower doesn't have pressure and it takes quite long to get hot water. We stayed 4 nights and nobody come to change towels, etc.

The location and the bed is good. For the price is a good value.

The rooms was very clean and newly decorated,staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on the 2nd floor the view from the room was fantastic and there was a good shower. I was very happy with room . See you again Carlton

The room was very small there was no space to walk as well I booked a beach-view room but my view is obstructed by the construction works They haven't updated their pictures. After reaching there I was disappointed the breakfast was the worst they haven't provided anything I just drank juice and ate yoghurt
