Large and airy caravan in a super secluded location. Friendly and helpful host nearby. Easy to find thanks to the host’s instructions. Lovely clean space with very comfortable bed. Heating easy to control and effective. Loved our stay here.

The caravan wasn't spotless, and there was only enough coffee for 1 cup, but 1 pint of milk was provided.

I've seen a lot of comments about the noise of the rain at night. There unfortunately was torrential rain of our first night and I could barely hear a thing. I think the negative comments about it, came from people who wanted to find something to complain about.

Absolutely everything! The location was perfect as everything was between 17-30 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. The satnav will tell you longer due to the road not being on the satnav but everything is so close. There are 4 pots, pans, plates and bowls along with 2 small chopping boards and an extensive knife set- perfect for cooking big meals. When cooking my advise would be to open the doors as I was boiling potatoes and the smoke alarm went off. The couple were incredible. Our car broke down and they offered lifts so we could still enjoy the surrounding area along with having an electric car charge point when we were given an electric courtesy car. I could keep going but I would end up naming everything. Don't trust the location online- IT IS NOT A CAMP SITE, ITS A CARAVAN!! I'm definitely coming back one day and staying at the same place if it's possible. Thank you so much for having us we had an amazing time despite the car troubles.

immaculately clean on arrival with lovely details too: tea, coffee, milk in the fridge, games and books and presented beautifully. Lovely setting, gardens and views. Great outdoor space for watching the sun go down.

The owner was very helpful, first explaining how to get there quickly, 100% agree with her better not to follow sat nav. The cosy caravan had everything that you would need for a stay, even barbecue, in case you stay for longer and there is good weather.

There wasn't anything we didn't like apart from coming home after a lovely weekend.

We loved the location. The views were amazing, out of the hustle and bustle, yet a great base to see the sights of Cornwall. The Caravan was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A nice touch of some treats to eat when we arrived. I can not fault the property at all. The host Joanne gave us excellent instructions on how to get to the property and we did not get lost at all. She also kept in touch during our stay to see if we had everything we needed. The sunset view in the evening over the hills was really something, the kids loved watching it and loved the surroundings. I would highly recommend this property, whether you are a family like us, taking advantage of the peaceful location and travelling to see the sights or you just want to simply relax as you have everything you need there. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay before an early flight out of Lands End - airport is only 10 mins away. Hosts were very welcoming, caravan was well equipped, comfortable and cosy, setting is very peaceful. Highly recommended.

A bit difficult to find because the sat nav tries to get you there through the off road track. Follow the host's instructions and you will be fine. Strong winds and heavy rain may affect your sleep if you are a light sleeper. It didn't affect me but worth knowing.

Close to all the landmarks and beautiful locations of the area. Peace and quiet. Comfortable beds. Fully fitted kitchen with anything you need to cook a meal. Good size tv and powerful heater. Lovely location

Could do with some kind of gazebo/canopy as no shade at all to sit outside when super hot.

Great location close to our favourite Gwynver Beach! Nicely equipped has hot all you need including some books and games for kids. Super comfy mattresses too!

The location was perfect for what we needed. Lovely place to retire after a day at the beach. Very quiet and private . The living/kitchen area is massive and lovely to chill out . Overall a pretty, private, clean place 😊 The guests were very helpful with the directions we will definitely come back .

Heating system so poor, very cold when the weather is bad

It was very cold with no heating in the bedroom or bathroom and no double glazing. It would be fine for a summer let but not I bad weather.

The location and host were both great. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable. The outside area looked very nice too.
