The water flow in the shower could have been stronger. There's a bit of noise from the street, but it's part of the deal with this prime location in the middle of Soho.

The property is in an excellent location.Walking distance to Coventry Gardens,the British Museum,The Wigmore,Hyde Park,and shopping.Lots of restaurants nearby.

Blinds on the windows let in a lot of light during the nights/mornings. Would also recommend earplugs if you want to get any sleep as you'll hear full conversations/general noise from the street below (not unexpected of course for the location). Could have been a bit cleaner generally, shower wasn't great - but all manageable if you're not too fussy.

The location was excellent, everything a short walk away. Although compact, it was as expected and we had a comfortable enough stay.

Stairs a bit narrow! Noisy at night as windows are not double glazed. Was rather warm, the fan helped but too noisy to keep windows open. Overall it was good given the location.

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were not great. It has little in the way of sound barrier - if anyone was talking on the street it sounded like it was in my room.

I loved the location. Perfect location for wandering central London. Close to lots of food places, coffee shops and a convenience store.

Additional pillows and bedding should be made available. One flat pillow per person was not enough for us. I suggest one or two laundry tablets be provided along with the addition of a microwave.

The location and amenities of the property were convenient. Many restaurants and transport facilities were close by. Adequate shower space and water pressure with the addition of bathroom storage (drawers) Dishwasher tablets provided.

The stairs are horrible, too small to go up and down with two big bags. Not recommend if you have mobility problems. Also, the bathroom is quite small, and for a 1,87cm person is not easy to take a shower.

The place looks exactly like the picture, have the best location, walking distance to the main attractions. Since you are in the heart of London you feel like it's a movie. Everything was clean and around the corner, we had a vegan restaurant for breakfast very convenient.

The mattress is extremely inconvenient. The same pillows - very hard. On the mattress you feel every spring. In addition to the small size - there even no shelves or hooks to put coats - in such a small place or is a problem. Putting several on the wall and on the bathroom brings some more place to put stuff on. No aircon - we didn't feel it, because in winter the heating works perfect. In summer may be a problem - open window brings a lot of noise from outside. Noise - for those who are sensitive may be a problem too. For me it was a minor issue. Water pressure in the shower is weak - what is strange, because in tap the hot water runs well with good pressure and high temperature. But in the shower there is an automatic external heater, that reduces the pressure.

I want to thank the marketing team for quick response for all questions and prompt answers. Excellent point for staying in the heart of London. The location is great!!!!! Well equipped and nice kitchenette. Even had a dishwasher and a washing with drier ( not really drying, but at least trying). Fill set for basic kitchen amenities. For a couple or single it perfect perfect - for young people, who walk around. Very convenient that you don't need to deal with keys - all doors have codes. Heating is working well. Overall - I'm fully happy with our stay and definitely will return. I hope that some criticism will be accepted with attention and taken to improve that good everywhere even more.

It was so loud. I stay in Soho 8-10 times a year and this was one of the loudest despite being in a small alley. suggest the host supplies earplugs for guests.
