We were given an accessible room (wasn’t required) the wet room bathroom flooded anytime the shower was used whole room soaking the shower curtain fell down as well it was only helps up with silicone. Room was so hot at night and when I got up to open the window I realised it was siliconed shut!! I get very claustrophobic and this caused much distress also the room had a joining door to next room (was locked) but could hear EVERYTHING even when they cleared their throat it sounded as if they were in same room! Think we were just unlucky with room allocation

Pool area nice with sauna & steam room lots of kids so not really relaxing. Food was excellent and restaurant staff were fantastic! Room big & clean

Poor selection of draught beers, and the only ale was unavailable Having previously stayed at the hotel, the golf view room we were given fell short of my expectations as it only had a small window, rather than a picture window so unable to appreciate the view unless you were standing up. Robes weren't provided, where previously they had been

Booked a superior double in order to get an extra large bed, expecting a 6' bed, but it was only a 5' bed so not really as advertised. Got order wrong twice in the dining room, though quickly rectified each time. Window was a bit noisy with the wind and leaked with the rain

Very poor menu choices for vegan (plant based meals) , we asked but no enthusiasm from staff , went to main street for all meals great choices there.

Rooms ok, furnishings a bit tired and dated. Housekeeping good for first 3 days but as hotel got busy they did not have enough staff to clean rooms.
