The property was very welcoming and homely. There was a welcome basket on arrival which was a very kind gesture. It was very clean and smelt fresh. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The views were amazing and it was a great location for exploring the old town by the castle and cathedral, as well as the new town with all it's shops and trendy bars and restaurants . As long as you were prepared for the walk back up the hill 😉.

This apartment is huge and spotlessly clean. The bed was more comfortable than my own. Location perfect for uphill and downhill Lincoln. The view across the city was spectacular. The best bit was it was so comfortable we chose to stay in and relax a couple of nights. Visit Lincoln a lot so will most definitely be back here. Didn't want to leave. Thanks so much.

Beautiful apartment overlooking Lincoln. Great location, a short walk from the older part of Lincoln near the Castle and Cathedral. Very clean with all the facilities you would need. Parking available on site and the hosts were very quick to respond.

Noisy students using the adjacent footpath down to Brayford Wharf late at night. Not a lot anyone can do about that though!

Fantastic location in a central part of Lincoln within easy reach of the castle, cathedral, eating and shopping areas by foot. We were incredibly comfortable and had most things we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful too.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful apartment, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The welcome basket with biscuits, tea, coffee and wine was a great touch. The hosts have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, from cosy furnishings to all the amenities you could possibly need. And the parking space was very handy especially in the central location where parking would otherwise be difficult. Located in a fantastic area, it's easy to explore the surroundings and enjoy the local attractions. But what truly sets this rental apart is the exceptional communication from the hosts. They were incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations when asked for advice. If you're looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with outstanding hosts, look no further - this is the place for you!

We found the kitchen equipment a little sparse when we made a simple meal for 4 of pasta and salad. No doubt an occasional oversight but we had just one hand towel to share.....

The first floor flat is spacious, characterful and has a wonderful view to the south. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully and well-furnished. The modern sash windows are impressive and an excellent investment. Very close to the main attractions of the old town. Gary and Becky were most welcoming and understanding when we had some minor difficulties.

Lovely, spacious, warm, clean, comfortable rooms. Location is exceptional, near castle, cathedral, museums, pubs, convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways. Free private parking very welcome.

Beautifully decorated and furnished property in an ideal location for the cathedral area. Was very comfortable and warm and spotlessly clean. Plenty of plates/mugs/glasses in the kitchen, a washing machine which is handy if you’re staying a bit longer. Was lovely to have the welcome basket with tea/coffee etc. Dressing gowns were a lovely touch as well as soft towels! Good shower with plenty of hot water.

Kitchen is badly equipped if you are planning on doing much cooking, ie, not even a spoon for stirring, or ladle for serving. Also, no dishwasher, yet a washing machine?

Outstanding property located less than 5 min walk from the castle and cathedral. Very tastefully decorated. Large spacious lounge and master bedroom. Lovely welcome basket upon arrival. The whole apartment smelt beautiful.

Waterpipes in the smallest back bedroom were noisy at night and early morning; Master bedroom radiator was not as hot as others, cold at bottom so may need bleeding, hence room was chilly; Lack of instructions for heating timings & TV; Main bathroom could do with more shelves and towel rail/hooks for when 4 adults are sharing;

Good communication from owner, answered all questions; Great location; Good to have 2 onsite parking spaces; Very spacious; Clean and modern fittings; Good size bedrooms with nice bedding;

Beautiful period property, fabulous location and views over the Lincoln city and Cathedral and castle. Literally a couple of minutes stroll and you are in the historic part, and 10 minutes walk, you're in the more modern, lively areas. Can't recommend this property enough, works so well for exploring Lincoln, parked the car on the first day, and didn't use it again until we reluctantly left to come home.........
