When using the shower inroom G1 its difficult to prevent the water from the shower getting all ovar the floor

High quality of the room was very good however it was just a little bigger than the bed Locality was excellent with bakery, cafe and wine merchant aswell as other shops and bars

Took a little while for the room to warm up, would suggest that maybe rooms could be pre heated, prior to guests arriving.

Nice room with a comfortable bed and nice shower, good for what we needed.

There was no cupboard to hang any clothes just a few hooks. Tea making facility was good and well stocked except that the cable was not long enough to reach the socket and the kettle had to be sat on the bed to be plugged in which was not ideal.

Good location near Victoria/Pimlico. Room was clean but very small with bed built in to an area next to the window and a wall at the top and bottom of the bed so one partner would need to climb over the other if on the Window side. Bed was extremely comfortable though. The bathroom was a reasonable size, nice & modern/clean and a very good shower. Whilst the room was small it was fine for a couple of nights as somewhere just to sleep.

The bathroom is small and the shower head was a fountain style that was about as big as the cubicle. Therefore it made showering a bit of an effort as you can't escape the water! It also went all over the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the water pressure is very good. On closer inspection of the ceiling in the room, there was some mould/damp in the corner of the room which let down the very good first impression.

Very friendly staff and well located for Victoria and for the Oval (where my conference was taking place). The room at first glance was very nice. The bed was comfortable with lots of pullows and cushions, the curtains are heavy and block out the light well. The rooms are small, for example no desk, but as long as you are prepared for that they are fine. Certainly served my purposes for a one night stay.

The room was small, but that’s expected from a hotel room in London.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was located very easy to reach from Victoria station. The bathroom was very nice (newly renovated and super clean).

The rooms are a bit on the small side. While the beds are lovely, there’s not much room on either side or at the foot of the bed.

Excellent location, just a short walk from either Pimlico or Victoria stations. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Comfy room with lovely en-suite facilities.

size of bedroom & bed very small compared to marketing pictures. had to turn and walk sideways to get down the sides of the bed, limited hanging space & storage facilities. had a problem with the shower, shower tray kept filling up and one time overflowed, slow draining so had to keep turning the shower off to prevent flooding the bathroom
