Be nice to have 'net' curtains in bedroom, as looked straight into otherside of street windows. So either had to draw curtains and miss view and daylight, or scare the neighbours if coming out the shower etc!. Did not have unsalted butter/ or margarine option at breakfast, although did find some when asked. Very little gripes.

Car park is .. tight and entered through a narrow arch wide car owners beware. Only other minor issue is room was a little hot

The town centre can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but that's to be expected (also other rooms were probably unaffected).

Fantastic location, next to the cathedral and just few yards from the castle. Lovely, spacious and very comfortable room (loved good-sized cups!). Friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing two nights away at the Cathedral Guest House. Fabulous location, close to the Cathedral and Castle. The staff were all lovely and made the trip perfect. The guest house is beautiful. We stayed in room 2 which is on the ground floor. Very comfortable indeed. The breakfast was amazing. We were full for the day. Both Paul and Paul 2 cooked it to perfection. The lady who served us was so nice and friendly. Always with a smile. I can highly recommend this guest house. Thank you so much for a lovely break.

Scary access to the car park !

Excellent location.we could see part of the cathedral from the bedroom window. So many interesting things to see within a five minute walk. Excellent breakfast, lots of tea and coffee in the room

Everything was perfect! No complains or regrets

Breakfast was so good that I think it might have been the best of the city! Paul and Christina were very kind and the room was perfect. Pretty, clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. I met Linda the last day and she was very nice too! We had a great time there and I'm sure we'll go back someday. The Guest House is a few meters far from the Cathedral that i consider could be the most beautiful cathedral on world. The building is huge and it's details stunning.

Excellent accommodation in a prime location to visit cathedral and castle. Room spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast superb. Host Hayley was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

The location was perfect to be able to explore Lincoln day and night. Being so close to the stunning Cathedral was lovely and seeing it lit up of a night time was magical. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Lovely breakfast too. 😋

The location was excellent. A short walk to both the Cathedral and the castle. We visited both and took advantage of the free tour guides, who were very good.The room was beautiful decorated. The bed was comfy. The large bathroom was spotless with a nice big shower cubicle. We had the full English every day. The Sausages were very good quality. No complaints at all.

The access to the car park in the courtyard was tricky specially if you have a large car. This is understandable given the age of the property. However Paul was there to guide us in. Also the lady helped us in the morning to get the car out. We were lucky to have parking so close to the cathedral.

Right next to the cathedral. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly and very responsive staff.
