Very disappointed that breakfast was not included, and was told that it would cost roughly £25 per person. For the cost of a room at this hotel, I thought breakfast would have been included.

Spa facilities were lacking slightly and could only use within the check in and out hours which was disappointing considering the price to stay

The room was everything we expected and more bed super comfortable the fire place really brought everything together and the food at Korean cowgirl was amazing and the room service for breakfast was also real good and very helpful staff

Not much to dislike other than the room was slightly dusty, especially the spoons and the mini fridge area. Also, there was a slight urine smell coming from the bathroom when we arrived and it lingered even after our room had been cleaned again.

The decor was amazing and the bed was super comfy. We’re considering buying the mattress and bedding!

Golf Course Views Lovely facilities - pool (with poolside drinks service), golf course, bars, restaurants Bedrooms were very comfortable We were able to check in a bit earlier too which was great.

Was stunning decor felt so luxury and the bed was so comfy. Loved playing golf and hiring a buggy and then going to the outdoor area to chill before going to the spa and the restaurants. Was an amazing stay

Carpet in room was covered in stains. Duvet cover had yellow stains on it. The cups in the room.had been used. Room was full of noises during the night and also the phone started playing up during the night and was flashing which kept causing the room to light up. Also the salt pot for the room service had no salt in it whatsoever. Plus the prices for the mini bar were ridiculous and didn't make any sense whatsoever.

Bed was amazing. Location was amazing and the food was amazing. Also majority of staff were amazing too.

Breakfast choices seemed limited when you ordered, certain things were over priced. The pool was a little small and the steam room was not what it seemed.

Very luxurious. The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. The spa and the golf views lived up to expectations. The food at the Korean Cowgirl was delicious and service was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, loved the variety of restaurants to eat at and the range of room service.

The rooms are really over priced. We had stickers on our ceiling. No iron either. Quite small too, although great TV and bed super comfy!! We stayed on a Sunday for £268 which is expensive for a Sunday but no way would I pay over £500 for a Friday or Saturday way too expensive for that type of room. Steam room wasnt working either. It's a real shame its over priced because if they put it a " normal price" bracket we'd definitely stay there again.

The grounds and hotel were lovely. The staff were really helpful and friendly and firepit restaurant was amazing. Well done to the chef there.

It was quite dark as that was the whole concept so there was no natural light anywhere in the building so I imagine if you stayed for a while the darkness could make you feel a bit strange. The swimming pool area could of been a bit bigger it was really busy when we went down to the pool and there was only 4 sun beds which were taken so we had a sauna and went back to the room to relax instead.
