Absolutely excellent. Jamie was so accommodating with everything, from giving us a shelf in a fridge so we could store our drinks to giving us a bag of ice, it's those small things that makes you want to come back. The room as very clean, which was done every day. Masks & saniters is available from the front door & on the landings ( which is so important in these times) Breakfast was amazing always asked how we liked it cooked. I really can't fault this place. At the hotel it has a rating of 9.7..personally I think it deserves a 10.10 if I could give more I would.

There was nothing I could fault with this hotel. Everything was perfect

Breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble everything cooked fresh to order . Kitchenette available with Nice a separate fridge available for each room so that we could keep things fresh. Room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Immaculate. We were welcomed with champagne and chocolates to make us feel special as it was our honeymoon. These little touches were much appreciated. Location was fantastic not too far from the centre and great for the quiet end of the beach. Gardens were lovely to sit in late afternoon and get the last of the sun. You can really see how the hotel got its high rating. Absolutely superb. Would def return again

If I have one criticism, the shower pressure was very low, maybe the norm for the area, but a power shower would be ideal

Excellent experience, location was ideal. We were situated in a great place close by to town, food outlets and beech. The food was lovely and just what we wanted. Room was very clean. And well made up every day. Couldn't ask for better weather too. Great parking too. Thanks Jaime

Beautifully clean, lovely rooms, very comfortable bed and tastefully decorated throughout. Great location for exploring Bournemouth and surrounding areas. Host were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, also gave us some great advice on places to visit.

Water pressure for the shower was poor. Whalen we spoke to the host he tried to rectify this but was unable to… guess it’s a water company problem.

1. We asked for a walk-in shower but this was not available, and explained before our stay. 2. The only thing we didn't like was the overwhelming aroma of the flowers (lilies) in the entrance hallway: the aroma was somewhat all pervasive and even reached our room at times.

The breakfast was exceptional in terms of choice, the way it was served and the way it was prepared. Put simply, this could not be faulted! A bottle of fizz on arrival was very kindly supplied for our 40th anniversary - a very nice touch, thank you.

We had a very comfortable stay, the facilities are excellent, everything is thought of to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The breakfast was excellent and service second to none. I had couple of requests due to dietary needs that were met very obligingly. The location of the Cavendish is in a 5- 10 short walk from the beach, town, shops and restaurants. Everything was perfect for our stay.

A lovely hotel situated close to all local amenities, perfect for getting out & about. The hosts were great, beautiful breakfast, very comfy beds and the added bonus of free car parking. A lovely stay and we would defib set return.

Everything was fantastic. The host was fab, so accommodating. The food was lovely and we were able to mix and match items on the menu. The accommodation was spotless. It was my birthday whilst we were there and my partner mentioned it in passing. When we got back that day there were banners and a balloon in our room. It’s in a really central location being both close to town and the beach. Will definitely book again.

As the hotel is close to a busy road our room did suffer from noise at night.
