Fantastic location. Well equipped apartment, we only stayed for one night and didn't cook, but there was everything provided equipment wise if we'd have wanted to. Great communication from the company. Really fantastic value

Noise from the street was very loud. Bars in the area seemed to close early enough round 11 so wasn't much noise after 11.30pm, however form 4.30am onwward there was a lot of nice from night deliveries, bin lorry collecting the glass bottles fomr the bar and resturaunts and then the street sweapers were out.

The Apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. It had most of what you needed, glasses, microwave, fridge etc and there was a Sainbury oLocal and Tesco Express across the road. The Location was great, just round the corner from the Cavern and main bar area and walking distance to most places.

Our flight was 11.30pm and we were disappointed there was no room available to sit in from once you checked out. It was such a cold day! Would make a big difference!

Parking was a nightmare. We had to park a distance away from the apartment, which was really difficult. We had trouble trying to pay for parking online. It is really hard if it doesn't work. We tried 3 times to pay and when it didn't work again, we had to ask the parking people for help. We still couldn't make it work and eventually we took our hire car back to the hire car company. Could not deal with it. Didn't like that the basics were not in the apartment. Coffee, sugar, salt and Pepper are essentials, but they don't do that.

We loved how close we were to everything. The Cavern Quarter was about 10 metres from our apartment. Walking distance to everything. So good.

It was noisy, we had been warned. It was ok and we slept but you need to be prepared. There is live music every night but they empty the bottles at 4-5pm We were surprised there was no plug in the kitchen which made washing up more difficult

The apartment was spacious very clean and tasteful. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There is no reception but very willing staff on hand by phone. Exceptional in every way. We will definitely be returning.

Given that's it's right on Matthew St, you need to expect a bit of noise, and we did. We were on the 2nd floor, next level up might be quieter. But overall the location made up for a bit of street noise.

Unfortunately the noise from outside was awful, so I didn't get much sleep, but this isn't the apartments fault.

The room was infested with ants, when pouring water of of kettle to drink, ants were in there. They were also swarming in the kitchen , bathroom, bedrooms and went into our bags with our properties in and our shoes and coats.
