I can't think of anything that we didn't like as such, and I almost hesitate to mention it because it wasn't very important. The remote for the main TV in the living room didn't work properly - it could only be used to watch TV and change the channels by moving the program up/down button. The buttons for Netflix, for example, wouldn't do anything when pressed so we couldn't login in to our Netflix account or use our Now TV stick! As I say, not a big deal! I think the remote is probably for a different TV!

Great location and good base for our Black Mountains walk and visiting other places. The farmhouse was ideal for our group of 8 people and our dog. Very spacious and comfortable, and our host, Bethan, couldn't have been more thoughtful and considerate with directions to the property and providing milk, bread, eggs, tea, cake, etc!

Nothing to dislike about property The post code takes you to slightly different location in the same area. Needed guidance from owner for first time to reach the place.

Very spacious and good location Good facilities provided. Shampoo and body wash in all bathrooms and lot of food to start with. Loads of things for children - playroom, music room, lot of games. Owner was very kind and approachable Definitely recommend this place to any big families

The house was perfect for our first holiday altogether with our grown up children. There was plenty of room to spread out together or alone. The farm house is in a lovely location and the surrounding area is wonderful to explore.

Tranquil setting, nicely refurbished farmhouse that is comfortable and practical. Comfortable beds and social kitchen-diner.

Lovely setting, plenty of parking and a clean and tidy house. Directions to find it were perfect and communication with Bethan, the host, was very good. Plenty of space for 7 adults and two children. Comfortable rooms and a well equipped kitchen.The Welcome pack was plentiful and much appreciated. It made for a perfect family get-together weekend. As another reviewer mentions, the photos don't do it justice.

The house is much larger than it looks and the photos do not do it justice. Great place. It has everything you could need in the kitchen. The welcome pack left was fantastic. We arrived late so it was most welcome. Have already booked another trip here next year.

Absolutely nothing.

This place was amazing! The photos do not do it justice. The farmhouse is down a track in the hills and is surrounded by beautiful views. I could have spent the whole week sitting at the picnic bench watching the red kites above. There is an enclosed garden for the dogs around the farmhouse. The bench is out the front where you can admire the views. Inside every room is huge and light and comfortable. There was a huge table we could all sit at to eat (there was 8 of us) and plenty of room in the lounge or snug. Seating really comfortable. Big utility space with a big washer dryer which was really helpful. Big fridge and freezer for all our food we had delivered by Tesco! Huge dishwasher too. Comfy beds and enough bathrooms for everyone - loo and shower downstairs too. The host very kindly left some food and things for our stay which were much appreciated. There was even a slow cooker! Oh and an outdoor BBQ which we also enjoyed. Kitchen had loads of items. There were even baby gates. Everything just made it like home and made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

No major issues at all. The place was a little dusty and had a few cobwebs which we cleaned up. It could perhaps do with a better set of kitchen knives too, but this is all nitpicking really!

Lovely farmhouse in the quiet Welsh countryside, with tons of space indoors and outdoors. Bethan was a really communicative host, and was kind enough to leave some food to get us going. We would happily return.

Wifi was weak and unreliable. Property could have been a bit more clean upon arrival.

Very nice welcome package of food including milk, eggs, bread, cereal, butter, etc. Plenty of space. Family friendly / nice setup of cot and high chair. Big kitchen and dining area.

Nothing to dislike

It’s a beautiful farmhouse with ample space for a large family, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Bethan is a wonderful host and leaves the kitchen stocked with groceries so you don’t need to worry about shopping on arrival. The remote location is perfect for peace and quiet, but not too far from the village and lots of amazing places to visit.

Could not really fault the house or facilities available, little things, Internet was poor, didn't really work but that was not a great issue we had a bbq and the coal was there but could not find any bbq tools. The kitchen tools e.g. egg slice, serving spoons are a bit flimsy.

The space was great, comfortable sitting room and beds, very clean. Area is quiet. The plough restaurant is awesome, service and food was great. We rent a property every year (15 years) this is up there as one if the best, points above are minor.
