Contact with the owners when we had questions. Instant help and replies. Welcome pack of crisps and wine was a great addition! Plenty tea and coffee sachets. Actual accommodation and facilities were great, everything we needed and so clean. Very comfortable.

I was happy with the location but as the street name suggests it is in a largely student area. That said, I did not experience any disturbance or trouble and would happily stay there again.

Fantastically equipped, furnished and decorated apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Buses into the city centre at the end of the road.

very minor minor minor thing is that the heating is on a timer and basically either goes FULL ON for the time you put it on or doesn't go at all. I'd say be conservative with how long you put the heating on, try 15 minutes and see how you go it heats up really quickly :)

The kitchen was great and with enough utensils to actually cook! made myself a mini roast dinner - you could never do that at a hotel. The bed is super comfy, the bathroom is lean and the shower has loads of pressure. They give you towels and soap/shampoo so you actually don't need to bring your own which i didn't realise! Also they give you a little welcome pack in the kitchen with some Tayto crisps and a bottle of wine + some coffee and tea so if you arrive late you have a snack and you'll have everything you need for a cuppa in the morning. I loved the location (very near queen's university maths department) and the space was perfect.

£250 deposit was a surprise but didn’t distract at all from the stay at the apartment.

Lovely property to stay in. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Very good showers and kitchen. Parking was easy to find outside of 9-5 working day.

I wish the bed had a fitted sheet instead of a tucked in flat sheet and also wish that there was a mattress cover. The sheet kept coming loose and found myself on the bare mattress which isn’t ideal. The bathroom ventilation isnt great so when you walk into the flat there was a distinct damp smell.

Comfortable bed. Had the basics and it was close to the university and to food/pubs. The flat is very clean and well stocked.

We were disturbed on a couple of evenings/nights by noise from the apartment downstairs.

the quality of the accommodation was fantastic. I especially appreciate the communication with the Host. the apartment was spotless clean and it was a very nice touch to have a bottle of wine and crisps.

1. Ask for deposit around £250 and need to send ID before stayed (But paid back immediately after stayed, however, as foreigners, it was suffered from transaction rate). 2. No instruction for heater (we took about 1hr to find how to open heater) and heater is with timer, then, we always need to be careful for room heating and second room at lower level is cool if no heater. 3. Toilet bulb is dim. 4. No lift for your baggage. 5. Check out time is very early (10am). 6. You cannot store your baggage after check out, they had extra charge on it. 7. Location is far with city centre.

Super appartment just like the photos... Near city centre 5 minutes on bus or very cheap taxi ride. Lovely and warm in a beautiful area of the University and botanic gardens...

Very chic and cool interior. Quite close and convenient to town centre and quiet area so best of both worlds! Staff were prompt with assistance and have been available when needed.

Whilst the £250 deposit was sent and received upon the morning of the first day, there was no access info. The american neighbour usually refuses to answer unexpected door-knocks and only did so urged by the persistence of his wife. Following taking photos of personal id & booking confirmation, he agreed to release to us the keys from the lockbox. Turns out we were expected in apartment 6 not 1 which we actually stayed in - fortunately there was no intervention from other party(s) expecting to stay there.

The apartment was the "icing on the cake" of a wonderful visit for myself, after 3-5 years or so, and for my son, after 24 years. Managed to achieve goals of a family reunion and family tree research. The locals were so friendly and the City so interesting & vibrant. A particular interest was a visit to take pictures of the Stormont building which my paternal grandfather Henry Vincent Kelly, a Carpenter by trade, was a laborer in the construction of. House, a delightful local bar, became a regular evening "stop-off".

Booking.com description of the parking was that there was free nearby parking. What it did not say was that it is on street parking and it is close to impossible to find a parking spot close to the apartment.

It was a beautiful apartment and very homey. We felt safe and comfortable staying there.

I do not think they cleaned the floor before we arrived. Walking around in socks made your socks dirty and there were a few things on the floor that a good broom would have taken care of. There was a sky light in the back bedroom which was nice for daylight, but when the days are long in the summer it meant that that bedroom got light really, really early. Some way of covering that up at night would be helpful.

Spacious apartment. Easy to check in with a door code and key in a lockbox. The kitchen was decently well-equipped and they left wine and some crisps for us, which was really lovely. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom looked newly remodeled. The neighborhood was ok, with a grocery store about 4 blocks away and bus stops about 3 blocks away. I had a conference at Queens University and it was quite convenient for that.
