I was in a tiny room on the ground floor with a shower attached at a 90degree angle to the wall meaning it flooded the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and it was quite noisy, albeit this died down at night.

Carpet needs replacing with laminate in room. No other issues really room.small but you get what ya pay for.

Location was good although quite a walk from.Old street tube. Bathroom clean and modern..brilliant shower. Fridge and tea and coffee facilities in room. Staff friendly. Can leave bags in open lockers . Bed was comfy and clean.

The bathroom was the smallest one I had ever seen. It's good that I'm not very big. For some reason I had to tap my card on the door three times before it would let me in. I even asked for a different card but it acted the same.

The staff were very friendly. I was totally worn out on arrival because I couldn't sleep on the plane. The manager took pity on me and allowed me to get a room early.

The room was quite small, but knew that when we booked. but it was actaully fine for us. Could hear next doors air con (we think it was that?!) through the night, but wasn't that bad.

The hotel was very clean, the guy at the front desk was extremely lovely and polite! Location was great, and great food choices down the road (sainsburys and Vietnamese restaurants! 😋).

Pillows are too thin and towels are extremely old. We were provided a used sponge for the dishes and no tea towel or cloth which made cooking difficult. The sofa could do with a clean.

Great location with bus stop outside and train 5mins walk. Supermarket downstairs and lots of amazing Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Beds are comfy and the duvets are warm. Loved the convenience of having a lift. Will stay again

The room was pretty dark, not a lot of sunlight coming in. The furniture was a bit outdated & the toilet was small and uncomfortable.

It was relatively basic and could do with modernisation. Very little daylight in the apartment as only one room had external windows. The “living area” felt like a corridor (and probably was one in the past). Carpet tiles and old fashioned furniture and decor gave it a tired feel which I don’t think is fairly represented in the photos.

Very clean throughout, comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. Room was surprisingly quiet even though our room was close to the lift. Reception staff were lovely.

Rooms could do with an update/refresh. No blackout curtains so the room was lit up from the street lights all night. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Pillows in our room were really lumpy like they’d been stuffed with bits of stuffing.

Excellent location. Close to transport, restaurants and shops. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were pleasant.

window didn't open with the electrical equipment, tiny room, mold in the bathroom, no mirror on desk to do my make up, had to stand by the door, nothing to rest my make up on, no shelf.

We booked an economy room but we got an upgrade to a family room with 3 beds ( 2 singles and 1 double) a kitchen and quite a few space to live. The staff members were very kind and the room was cleaner than the average hotels in London. If you want to stay in Shoreditch area I highly recommend this hotel.
