There was construction so it was a bit noisy at times but we were out of the flat most of the time anyway.

The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere. There was a subway station about a ten minute walk away. Around the corner, there was a grocery store. Everything was nearby. Communication was smooth. I would highly recommend.

The narrow stairs made it difficult to carry big luggage to our apartment. For light travelers, this should not be a problem, but my family was traveling with 3 big baggage, so it was quite difficult.

The location was very good. It was in the city centre and a walking distance from everything. Ama (Marc), one of the members of the staff, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the necessities, such as a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. My family particularly loved the patio as an added bonus.

Fantastic location near Tottenham Court tube station. Lovely apartment with all modern conveniences, kitchen with all amenities. Marc was a wonderful host and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Thank you Marc for making our stay so enjoyable.

The apartment was in the best location!! even though it’s a tight fit for 4 with a small bathroom, we felt comfortable our entire stay! communication with the host was prompt and detailed. we had everything we needed!

When we arrived the shower-head did not work properly, but that was fixed early on the next day.

The location was great - next to Oxford street and very close to the subway. Ama was very nice and considerate.

Slightly higher temperature in the apartment. We thought it was a bit cold. A bit noisy in the apartment from apartments next door.

No breakfast as it was an apartment. There was bottled water, soft drinks, tea and coffee that we could take in the apartment. There was shampoo, soap and conditioner in the toilet. The apartment is clean and tidy. Proximity to central London, restaurants, shops, underground and nightlife. Perfect! We will be more than happy to return to this apartment.

Not just great location but absolutely amazing. In the heart of london walkable distance from most attractions, cafe and restaurants nearby and at the same time in a quiet location where you can sleep. Clean, spacious and everything you need is included. Beds where comfy and the rooms warm. Ama our hostess was helpful and friendly and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend this especially for family trips.

Windows are typical english standard and at the beginning it was a little cold but heating worked perfectly, so no problem in the end

Very central and yet super quiet area. Apartment was fully equipped, very clean and everything needed was available. Host was easy to reach& helped with every possible query. Total recommendations and would always re-book for a London visit:)

it is a matter of taste. but the beds were not my cup of tea.

well equipped, great location. for a family we had all we needed for a long visit in London. traveling with 2 kids and having them in one room, while we were on the other room was great. the washing machine saved us trouble. WiFi, TV, offer machine and even some coke on the fridge.

really uncomfortable bed; super thin mattress on boards and rock hard pillows. I think this would be an easy fix for the owners - maybe just get a box spring and a mattress topper. we stayed on the ground floor so you could hear every footstep from the busy upstairs apartment - also easy fix with earplugs.

location is the best - right in the middle of Fitzrovia - close to tons of shops and restaurants. kitchen and laundry made it very convenient.
