Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ArgentinaThe location is perfect, everything seems to be equidistant (Westminster, Camden, City of London). The neighbourhood is lively but it's not overcrowded or noisy. Good connection to everything via public transport, even the airports (via shuttles). The room is amazing, good size for two people. The bed... oh, the bed: big, comfortable and delightful Christy's sheets. The bathroom is shared but it was really clean, and there's two options: one with shower, the other with bathtub. We were assigned the shower one but could use the bathtub upon request. Gabriel is an excelent host. He keeps the fridge full with options for breakfast (bread, eggs, cheese, pastries, milk, yogourt, cereals, orange juice and more). You can use the fridge for your stuff too and cook your meals if you want. The washing machine and the dryer were very convinient. Gabriel offered to take my clothes out of the dryer so we could go out because it was our last day. He even folded the clothes! We really had a magnificent time.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Central London Rooms. Gabriel is a great host and his rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. There is a lovely relaxed vibe, a real home away from home. We had the ensuite room, loads of space in both bedroom and bathroom. Even though looking out on the street, the double glazing and thick walls provided great sound insulation. King Size bed, duck down duvet and pillows, (probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept in!) Gabriel encouraged us to make use of his fully stocked kitchen, perfect for breakfast or a snack. A Great location 5 min walk from Oxford St, 10 mins to Hyde park. The neighbourhood felt very clean and safe. A gem of a find....

United KingdomThere were a couple of very minor items of maintenance that needed attention, curtain hooks had become disconnected from curtain and a door hinge on one of the cupboards needed attention, but these things did not impact on our stay at all
Our overall experience was very good, the house is centrally located 8 minutes from Baker Street Tube station, 5 minutes from the many restaurants in Baker Street, 10 minutes from Oxford Street Shops etc. Gabriel is very welcoming and helpful host, from time of booking through to departure Gabriel's communication was always timely, on top of this Gabriel let us check in a little earlier than normal on arrival and allowed us to leave our bag for collection a little later on departure. We were very pleased that our room had it's own private bathroom, as on booking we were expecting to have to share bathroom facilities. Having the use of the kitchen for preparation of your own breakfast was also a bonus, both in time and money as it allows you could get straight on with your plans as soon as you leave for the day. Good value, would certainly stay again

We had a very pleasant stay here. 😃 The host is quite nice and tells you everything you need to know. We had a late check in since our flight arrived around midnight and he issued us with the door code. The room was tidy and it had everything you need for a few nights’ stay. The kitchen was always available and stacked with food and drinks. The shared bathroom was not a problem at all, there’s two bathrooms you can use so it’s very unlikely for both of them to be taken. The location is amazing, everything we needed to see is in a max. 40 min. walk. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back here if we visit London again!

Loved everything about this cute little property. Amazing host, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All that was needed to enjoy London for a couple of nights. Breakfast and coffee provided in shared kitchen. We arrived in London early and were able to use the kitchen to make breakfast and brew before we’d even checked in. We also left out luggage while our room was prepared. The host did not have to do this, but it was very thoughtful and considerate after our long journey.

What a marvellous host we had with Gabrielle. A shared kitchen stocked to the brim with beverages and breakfasts at no extra cost. Very comfy bed! Great location for Hyde Park and tube stations (15min walk to either) Towels, ironing boards, toiletries all readily available. Suitcase storage hold on last day so you can go sightseeing for just a little longer. Excellent value for money.

ArgentinaOur stay at Central London Rooms was wonderful. Gabriel is a very kind host, willing to help and share with his guests. The house is very well-equipped and it makes you feel at home. After many hours walking and sightseeing, it was very nice to arrive at the house and find it always clean, warm and tidy. The temperature of the common areas and the bedroom was excellent. It was a nice suprise that Gabriel provided us with a wide range options for having breakfast at the house for free! We could also wash and dry our clothes before leaving. The location of the house is very good. It is near many attractions and it is very well connected through public transport to the rest of the city. Besides, the neighbourhood is beautiful, full of shops and, at the same time, quiet. We totally recommend staying at Central London Rooms.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise upstairs which didn’t allow us to sleep well but it wasn’t the property’s fault and it was Saturday night.
Very friendly host who provided us with helpful information about our stay and getting around London. Fantastic location and close to transport links. Lastly, a shared and stocked kitchen was available for guests!
