Nothing. Everything was spotless.

Everything was perfect. , There was nothing to dislike!. Communication with the owners was very good and helpful directions given. Vera was lovely, so welcoming. She met us on arrival and took us to our room, explaining the keys, Wifi and other aspects. There was tea/coffee facilities , which we did not expect, which was great. Cereal bowls were there if we wanted to buy anything for breakfast from the Tesco store over the road. There was also a fridge. All the furniture and fittings were new and all the decor was to a high standard. We will certainly return to this amazing property. Thank you to Vera and Henry for a lovely stay.

Wonderful service from the day I booked till I checked out. Very well communicated throughout. In particular, the lady Vera was so wonderful and supportive. She was over and above!!! Comfortable and relaxing space.

Lovely cosy room with a cute outdoor space and off street parking outside the property. Communication was top tier and the meet and greet as well as continuous contact maintained with Vera really added really nice touch ! She made sure my dog and I were comfortable and really went out of her way to keep provisions topped up. We are both very grateful xx

Personally I haven’t found anything that I could say I didn’t like.

Well, surprisingly I liked absolutely everything at the property, especially for the price paid, but mostly I appreciated the vibe and energy. Everything is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and tidy, with an absolutely delightful little green garden ( although plastic flowers/plants it gave a great touch to the morning coffee or night sky gazing 🙂 )

The host was most welcoming and instructions very clear. The room was squeaky clean & beautifully decorated. Onsite free parking. Conveniently close to a small supermarket. Microwave and fridge in the room.

Such a well thought out comfortable and pleasant room to stay in. Much better value for money than the hotels around Milton Keynes, and I really enjoyed my chat with the lovely Vera and looking at the unique artwork on the walls. Would have happily stayed longer.

Bathroom was small but shower unit a good size. TV was not picking up some channels which we reported to the owner who thanked us for letting him know so that he could get it sorted

Great location, providing you have transport, for Betchley Park, Woburn and about 30 mins from Whipsnade Zoo. A short walk to the canal where you can access 2 pubs along the towpath. One only a few minutes walk the other a little further in the opposite direction.

My stay at Central Room lived up to expectations for reviews of previous guests. From communication through the booking.com portal to the meet and greet from Vera when I arrived. Parking on site was a bonus.

Everything is clean and new. Better than some hotels that I stayed. There is free parking and it is an ensuite room. The nearby canal is a bonus on summer days to walk along.

Nothing loved every minute of my stay

Lovely quiet room exceptionally clean the shower room and toilet was small but not a problem for me. I had the outer door to the private terrace open all night because the night was really warm but it felt safe for me to do that. The owners were fabulous spoke to Henry on the phone and he was lovely and Vera who I met was lovely as well and easy to talk to. This made such a difference to my stay because its a personal touch that you don't get when staying in a bigger hotel. I had a fantastic stay and I give central room 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Vera and Henry for making me welcome 🙂

4ft 6 bed was a bit small, depends on what you are used to. Area didn't seem to good but no problems.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect for myself and friend 🦋

Lovely location, close to mk . Free parking on site , easy accessible, on one floor , very clean and smart room with terrace ❤️ I had eye replacement surgery at optimal in mk . So it was the perfect place to stay afterwards, nice and peaceful. Will definitely recommend and will be staying again myself here . Thank you 🦋
