We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI was informed re stairs after booking -it is a circular stairwell and apartment on 2nd floor which could be difficult although I managed. Above a micro pub and I could hear people below but didn’t detract from my stay.
Very comfy bed and bedding, good shower pressure and temperature and large fluffy towels. Contactless check in worked well. Everything I needed.

The apartment has a fully kitted out kitchen so easy to do your own catering. There is a Greggs next door for breakfast if you are lazy with a choice of eateries and carry outs within 100 metres. The apartment overlooks the main square in Kelso but is very quiet at night and parking is available literally at the front door.

The bedroom was very comfy and the sitting room likewise with a fantastic view over the town square to the historic abbey. It's a great little base for a trip to Kelso and we hope to stay again next time we are there.
