Lovely and spacious. Well decorated, great location and easy to find. The bedding smelled incredible and beds very comfortable. Very good communication from owner. Overall fantastic apartment.

Everything great about apartment will stay again. Walk through park to seafront only 5 mins. Stay sea side of town though! don't go toward docks! Some interesting characters!

Very very clean. Everything thought of, towels, hair dryer, washing up liquid! Etc.. Tv's in bedroom and lounge. Fast communication, safe entry. Parking at rear. V good.

Flat looked exactly as you can see on photos. Beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Nice bonus is big balcony with a view on the park. It's located within 2 to 10 minutes walking distance from museums, circus, park, Seaside, shops and other entertainment.

Noise at night on Friday/Saturday nights, however location of apartment was a plus in the daytime. Freezer section in fridge would have been ideal for ice packs for lunches, but that was the only thing missing we wanted.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Location of apartment was very central to everything. Spotlessly clean and linens and towels smelt amazing. Great communication throughout with owner. Would definitely recommend and like to return.

Not so keen on the noise when the window was open and the parking out the back is a little hard to come by. A few scuffs on the walls and broken blinds which could be fixed.

Very spacious, lots of lovely little touches, smart TV in all rooms, plenty of cutlery and cleaning products, complimentary biscuits, milk and toiletries. Beds were very comfortable and inside of the property was very clean.

Property is in a great location, walking distance from the beach. Ultra clean and fresh. Nice balcony at the front of the property. Very comfortable and fabulous for a weekend away.

Would suggest curtains in the bedrooms due to early morning sun disturbing all guests, also would benefit from some sort of small freezer so guests could keep ice etc and a 2nd set of keys would be beneficial as 2 couples don't always wish to come home at the same time. Would also suggest a little note on how to work the door as we couldn't figure out how to let people in when we went home before our other guests.

The road is has quite a few takeaway food places (nearest Indian is yummy) which means that it is where people go after they've been out drinking to get a takeaway on the way home so you can hear that noise at the weekend of drunk people chatting as they wobble past but it didn't worry us, we slept well. There is a large cctv camera in the centre of the square in front of the apartment that swivels round to look everywhere, again not a problem for us, we just shut the blinds! We were unlucky to have not been able to benefit from the free parking behind the building but the car park is £8 for a day via coins or mobile app, again not a prob for us but handy to know in advance for some.

Beautifully decorated and comfy living room. Good shower. Comfy beds, we all slept very well. Soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. Balcony was a really decent size, would have been easy for the three of us to sit out on it had the weather been better. It was great to have somewhere so cosy to escape from the rain and wind and where we were happy to spend the afternoon and evening.

Nothing! At a push… and I mean a forceful push - maybe a hoover in the apartment. (but that’s thinking forward to our next, longer stay😉)

Absolutely amazing apartment. Felt like a home rather than a let. Furnishings not only beautiful but also of high quality - from kitchen utensils to blinds, you can tell the owners have thought carefully about everything and have chosen quality over price. Beds and sofas were extremely comfortable too. Ridiculously large balcony with nice views and good sized bathroom. The location was perfect for us… you’re, at the most, 10min walk away from everything: Town centre, museums, regent road and the pier. Even with some pubs being on the road, it was still really quiet and we stayed Thurs, Fri and Sat night. Moved away from Yarmouth 18yrs ago and have returned tens of times… booked the top rated hotels to budget BnBs - nothing compares!!! Genuinely - 2 other families travelled back for a specific event and they were in awe - do not waste your money booking anywhere else… this is now our Yarmouth holiday home going forward! Thank you for such a wonderful stay - you deserve, and have earned, each brilliant review you get!

Totally wowed by every aspect of this beautifully stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment. So many unexpected extras, like the huge balcony, the fabulous view, the free WIFI & even a dish-washer! Fabulous find that I can't recommend highly enough!
