Lack of chairs, as an older couple seats without backs aren’t that comfortable, if two stools could be replaced with two small chairs it would be an improvement.

Unfortunately when folding out the sofa bed to have a movie evening it was not pleasant at all. During our stay we also had a power cut which turned out just to be our chalet. Found fuse box and all ok there. Unable to contact owners, my friend bumped in to another visitor who suggested the outside box which worked. We have suggested to the owners a welcome pack would be good to where this information can be found

Location for walk was fantastic! The property itself was comfortable enough. Everything you needed kitchen wise. Great that we could take the dogs. Great selection of tv channels for evening relaxing and dvds and games.

Perfect view of the sea less than 15 seconds walk from the property. Perfectly clean little holiday home. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Was a slight musty smell as we entered, but with the time of year and the fact it's very damp outside it was understandable.

Very cosy chalet, loved all the little touches, and the beds really comfy. Very clean.

Chalet perfect but a word of warning about the site itself - not very well lit at night. Taking a torch and map of the complex if you go to the restaurant could save you hours of being lost in the dark!

Owners thought of everything! Such a pleasure to stay in after a very long drive. Pity it was only one night but I highly recommend it.

Chalet got a little hot and the dehumidifiers were difficult to operate. Could do with some fans for the summer months but this is a very minor point.

Great location, nice local walks, a short drive to Bude and Woolacombe, local bar was great and good food menu with friendly staff. Chalet had everything you need, clean, tidy.

The only fault i had was the double bed was very hard, but put a pillow under my back and it eased it. The children both slept very well so the 2 singles were fine.I wish I had pre-booked some of the pre-bookable events based within the pool timetable. These filled up very quick and no spaces available for our entire stay with the inflatable Jets. Bit poor also that you have to pay extra for these when you have already purchased park passes. Not the hosts fault, but the parks.

Plenty to do on and off site. The host text me as soon as the booking was confirmed with things to do in the local area. The chalet itself had everything and more and plenty of space with getting ready or just relaxing. I text the host on the day to ask if we could check in early and got a swift response to say it had be cleaned and that we could. Appreciated that very much. Took on board the hosts recommendations and loved visiting some especially the walk to Clovelly.

I had difficulty in walking my dog o local beach but I found our later about easier access.

If we had to state any areas for improvement, the WiFi wasn't great for signal and continuity of connection and couldn't get the dvd player to work. Ideally more/bigger towels would have been good too. The storage above the bed was hard to use, single handedly as it wouldn't stay open, but only a small point.

The chalet was comfortable, clean, well decorated and looked after. The shower was nice and the sofa quite comfortable. The views were beautiful and the lawn area outside was lovely (especially for our children to play).

The location was ideal to visit local attractions. The location of the chalet on the site was very good. Everything domestic that we needed for our stay had been provided. The chalet was clean, tidy and inviting.

The exterior walls in both bedrooms can be prone to mold but a wipe down with bleach, opening windows and using the dehumifier resolved this.

Lovely, snug chalet, good tv reception and the owner left lots of necessaries such as washing up liquid, toilet rolls, towels, cooking oil, salt b pepper which was nice. There are lots in great walks through the woods and laundry facilities on site too.

The holiday park was closed and looked quite shabby. Not a single thing was open. Why would you let the cabin ?
