Clean and comfortable. Really liked the location and facilities on site. The chalet was a good size, and located at the top end of the park. There's a steep walk down to the main area restaurant and play park.

Dehumidifier we were emptying everyday. The left hand side of the recliner sofa in lounge wasn’t working.

The property was clean and had everything you needed. Our little family felt at home in the Chalet for the week.

It’s not the hosts problem but with the weather being so bad there was no suitable place to put wet shoes without going on the carpet. The grass outside was also extremely boggy. Def would need to bring welly’s as back up

Keys were easy to access but the code was difficult to find in all of the information sent.

There is a convenience store at the holiday park but apart from that, there isn't much in the area in terms of amenities.

Easy to access. Outdoor and indoor pool were great for kids. Good location in North Devon, 20 mins drive to Bideford / Westward Ho. The apartment was nice and comfortable. My daughter loved the reclining sofa!

This place is lovely, beautiful views, plenty of space and was easy access for my disabled Mum and her wheelchair. There was beautiful beaches close by where we could take my dog and friendly, helpful staff at the holiday park. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing break.

The Chalet was lovely, just what we needed for a weekend away. The host was really nice and sent me messages with suggested places to go around the area too. It was out of season so lovely and peaceful too.

Bed was uncomfortable. Wasnt informed that there was going to be a power cut for 2 days of our stay from 8am to 4pm, so we had to leave the chalet as there was no facilities to use, chalet was cold until the power came back on.

Great location and weather was good. Big shower for easy access to get in and out of. Good facilities

the only issue we had was with the tv not working on arrival. if it was the summer this wouldn’t be an issue but with it being really rainy we needed a working tv. lucky on the second day we raised this again with on-site staff who then gave us a temporary tv.

the property was great, had all home comfort’s and extras to make stay very enjoyable and easy.

A few things which made this property disappointing. 1. The mould this was mentioned in a review in March yet the same black mouldy curtains still hang? Black mould also on walls and around the windows. 2. The bathroom wasn't very clean at all the shampoo conditioner and body wash was very dirty covered in brown stuff not been cleaned in a long time. 3. The lack of kitchen stuff. Only 3 table spoons but the chalet accommodates 5. No trays for the oven which left us in a disaster as we arrived 4pm the earliest check in on Christmas eve and all shops are shut and we got stuff cook a Christmas dinner. Loads of pans but why have an oven with no trays? 4. Mould in cupboards and on chopping board. 5. The master bedroom bed is awfully creaky only have to move a bit and it's creaking the mattress is also awful and sinks in I think its very old and needs replacing. Due to the mould this property is less than ideal but would be a lovely property to stay at if these things are replaced along with a few more bits of cutlery and oven trays.

Lovely and quite. Property is large and was very nice and warm. Bedding and towels were supplied which was ideal.

The property felt run down, the mattress wasnt very comfortable and on arrival there was a strong smell of chlorine where the property had been cleaned and the heating had been put on full

Location is excellent for Westward Ho! beach and the park has some lovely views across the bay. You can join in with entertainment on the park (passes available from the park reception). Accommodation clean and comfortable. Nice to stay in a chalet with a good range of cooking utensils and nice touches for your comfort. We would love to stay again, thank you!

The cabin is quite run down and in need of a refurb. We were provided with a dehumidifer and warned that the cabin became damp in the winter, as such there was evidence of mould around the windows, on the curtains and even in a kitchen cupboard which was used to store cooking utensils. We were told that linen and towels were provided, however, only hand towels were supplied and the bedding on the main duvet and pillow was a scratchy fleece material. The main bed squeaked at every movement which woke us up throughout the night. The property states that swimming facilties are available but these and all other entertainment is only available at an additional cost when you purchase a pass on arrival. The light in the spare room doesn't work and appears related to a circuit issue as opposed to a blown lightbulb.

Owners made contact to ensure we had all necessary info about check in, facilities etc. Check in was straightforward and contactless with a key safe. Coastal location. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Free and plentiful parking.

Host sent us details as soon as we booked, contactless check in/out, chalet was beautifully decorated and pet friendly! Chalet was equipped with everything you could need and more. Brilliant value for money in a lovely location with woodlands, beaches and moorlands nearby. Loads to do at the site as well however we prefer to explore locally🙂
